verizon wireless, internet and home phone - all of the service they provide are a bunch of BULLSH*T. they are a bunch of liars and thieves. the so-called customer service reps are unprofessional and liars. they with hold information and dupe you into contracts and when you catch on - they lie about everything they told you.
don't do business with verizon at all - the service is horrible!!!!
