We are one more of the thousands who have been lied to and robbed by verizon. When we signed on, we where told that we had free unlimited night and weekend minutes anywhere in the US and Puerto Rico. Now we have received the bill with charges for phone calls to NY on a weekend. When we called, the incompetent idiot told us that it is not the case. We then spoke with a supervisor who repeated he same thing. Our contract says unlimited night and weekend in the US and Puerto Rico but there is no way to argue this with the thiefs at Verizon, they are nasty, unfriendly and just plain dishonest. I have read with horror on the internet about all the other people who have been robbed by Verizon. There has got to be a way the this can be stopped. I cant beleive that in the USA people can be robbed like this and nothing can be done. We are more than willing to do whatever we can to end the thievery. There are a lot of other wireless choices out there. We will begin by filing this report and telling each and every peron we know about this. We will start mass mailings and chain e-mails. If there is anyway to stop them we are willing to hear any suggestions
