According to Verizon in less than 30 days our bill went all the way up to 598 dollars and some change. Verizon is a company that is just out to fill their own pockets anyway that they can. They can kiss are butts we refuse to keep talking hours on the phone to them every month trying to get them to take off there bogus charges. I have been with this company now for 3 months in that time I have received 598 dollar cell bills every month. Even though we have unlimited calling between verison phones, unlimited texted to any one on the verizon network, and over 1400 out of network text that is suppose to include picks, flicks, and vids, and 1400 any time mins between three phones in our family plan and one data plan for Internet on our computer, but it seems under the 10 family friends calling as well and free after 9:00 pm calling we still get bogus charges of overrides where there should not be any extras charges. 

We are also being charged for cell phones we don't have and for a number that doesn't exist any more. And for pics, flicks, and vid charges that are suppose to be covered. All though verizon has admitted that the last two months they have made over 800 dollars in mistakes, they did credit our account last month. They send us a bill the vary next mouth again with the same errors on it, and they have reversed all the credits and put them back on to our current bill. This company has nickel and dimed over 369 dollars this month alone.  They did say that they would credit me for 14 dollars that they see is a mistake the thing is, this whole bill is their mistake! I'm tired of every month trying to get them to fix their billing problems and me having to spend hours going though our cell phones and phone bills with a fine tooth comb to match up calls and calling times, text, data, and pics, none of which remotely correspond with what is on the bill. 

There are also phone calls on the bill from a phone which was never turned on or activated, how can this be? Do not  go with this company they will screw you over anyway that they can!! I have posted the most resent bill below for all to see. It is a shame that with my calling packages I can pick out 32 errors in their billing and some of these charges they put on there were suppose to be covered in my calling plan, let me add no one on are calling plan has gone over there allotted minuets no one has sent or received data and every one  is  suppose to have unlimited texting  but yet we still get charged for texting, flicks, and picks now how does that occur? And the old numbers are still acquiring charges and we no longer have them activated not to mention on one number we could not get that phone activated at all. So they gave us a new line and phone, but low and behold on this bill I show phone calls and extra charges being made from that number that never worked, how is that and why am I getting billed for it? There are so many things wrong here I can't even go in to it all! It would take days and many pages just to try and explain what this company has done over the last three months.

They put bogus charges and add to your bill what they want, when they want regardless of if it is true or not. They can take their scam and shove it up their woo hoos!!! Let them take me to collections I refuse to pay for their new Christmas bonus checks! I'll contact the credit burrows every week and tell them I want to arbitrate this bill and go to court, if I have to! It will be removed and they will have to suck it up! If there is a more devious company out there I don't want to know them!! We had a grate plan with Nextel before we let (Verizon) sucker us into their demonic contract that lets them charge what they want, when they want, how much they want, and try to confuse you on the phone to make it look like you're in the wrong. They claim to have a worry free guarantee, worry free? Yea right with Verizon you better worry!! Worry about when they are going to scam you!!!

I had the same problem with Verizon about 2003.  The $ amount was very similar also.  I refused to pay and Verizon inserted negative info on my Credit Reports. This cost me over $5,000.00 due to declined credit by other companies. I sued Verizon - Pro Se (by myself) and was awarded $5,000.00 - and I collected the $5,000.00 and I had the negative info removed.

Don't waste your time talking to Verizon.  They are getting paid by the hour to talk. Simply tell them that if they place negative info on your Credit Reports, that you will sue them. Be prepared to apply for lots and lots of credit (whether you intend to use it or not) and be ready to switch phone companies. 

The best information on how to represent yourself (which I did not have at the time that I sued Verizon) is from - JURISDICTIONARY.com - for $250.00.  I later bought this Pro Se Course, and it contains all the inside information and more!!!

You have to have everything IN WRITING.  Keep everything and don't lose anything.

Remember that most people simply pay, so when Verizon gets sued and loses, they are still way ahead.
