Verizon lies and decieves. I just filed a complaint a few days ago. They are ridiculous. I am really starting to wonder if it is just company policy to say whatever they have to say to sign people up, and then they breach their end of the contract.

If you have seen the 30 day test drive commercial from Verizon, they say : "Try Verizon Wireless for 30 days and if we're not the best network you've ever had, take your number to one of the other guys and we'll pay for the calls you made" -in big print it says: CALLS ARE ON US... it has very small print which I believe states a CREDIT/REFUND for activation and voice access ...that's my case, I test drove and didnt like the network, I took my number to another network, but I'm being charged for the calls I've made, ven though they say the opposite

You kept stating you could cancel your service and not have to pay for your calls. Where do you get that from? The Test Drive actually states (and this is DIRECTLY from their website): We stand behind our service. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your device and cancel service within 30 days of activation and pay no early termination fee. So why do you feel not responsible for calls you made during that time period. They are not charging you an ETF so they are living up to the guarantee. You are seeking compensation NOT due you.
