I cancelled 2 lines and an internet card Jan 1, 2010. when i got the next bill i noticed a charge of 3.99 on a phone number thats not even being used!!, and has never been used!! So i called and they told me that i downloaded and subscribed to a service on this phone. I asked them, "how"?; being that this phone is broke in half!!!!!!!!!! The first person hung up on me. I call back and the next person said i was using the phone back then, and i said, "how"? the phone is literally broke in half!!!!! and has been!!!! Verizon takes advantage of its loyal customers and steals from them. They do not care about keeping customers whatsoever!!!!! So i told the person to cancell that phone line and another!!!! Then next month i will cancel the very last phone line and go to a different carrier.
