Bought 1 new galaxy s7 & 1 new galaxy s7 edge with verizon promotion buy 1 galaxy s7 or s7 edge & get i free. I had salesman at store apply for my free phone rebate before I left store. After a few days, I checked on rebate status & it was showing up as INVALID. Went back to verizon store & talked to salesman again & he took pictures of my new phone boxes & said he sent verizon all the information they needed. Checked on rebate status 3-4 days later, still INVALID. called verizon rebate center & they told me that my rebate HAD NOT been applied for, & they DID NOT have any pictures of my new phone boxes. As per verizon's request, I took pictures of my new phone boxes & sent them to them. They acknowledged receiving the pictures. It's been almost 3 weeks since I bought my phones & last rebate status check told me it could take 10 WEEKS for my rebate just to be processed & who knows how long before it will be applied to my bill. verizon WILL NOT KNOW ANYMORE ABOUT ME OR MY REBATE IN 10 WEEK THAN THEY KNEW THE DAY I BOUGHT MY PHONES!!!!! verizon DRAGS THEIR FEET processing your rebate so they can send you a higher monthly bill that doesn't have the rebate applied to it. It wouldn't take verizon 10 weeks to let me know if I OWED THEM MONEY!!!!!  VERIZON IS A SCAM & A RIPOFF COMPANY & I hope that everybody that reads this will STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!    Russ (((REDACTED)))
