I signed a contract with Verizon for this same "Unlimited" service Bill did not misread anything nor did he try to pull one over on poor defensless big business Verizon. My service abruptly ended this month when I recieved a $2500 bill for my "Unlimited" service after close to two years of "Unlimited " services. My 2 year contract on the plan hasn't expired and my base rate for the "Unlimited" plan $59.99, and now for my new 5GB plan $59.99. But if I am to keep this service I will be able to check my mail ohhh what 5 times a month before i owe them thousands. I filed an appeal in an attempt to regain the contract that I signed into or be "Grandfathered" in. After looking back at my past bills I noticed a grace period where they removed Unlimited from my billing as well as my KB count as for the consumer to not notice. What seems to be suspect is that all wireless companies that provided "Unlimited" Broadband seemed to ditch that service for the universally set price of around $60 for 5 GB. ...Wait set price...price setting. Tell your "friend" who works for Verizon I hope he/she enjoys the class action (similar to one 5 major Airlines got slapped with last week for price setting) and takes it in stride

If you were to read instead of assume, you would see that the plan is not advertised as unlimited broadband. It has a limit of 5GBs and in order to receive a bill that high you would have needed to use at least 15GBs of data which is a large amount of data. My friend works for Verizon and states it's hard to believe that people will try to get over on the company because they fail to pay attention to the information that they are provided both in writing and verbally. I am sure your bill, receipts, and contract details your price plan. PLEASE READ PEOPLE!!! It is not the companies fault that you fail to take ownership of your lack of responsiblity.
