verizon wireless Sent free phone, When I wanted to send it back,they said they would send mailer,never did southfield, Michigan
Received free phone and when I called to return they said they would send mailer and address so I would get proper credit.
They did this twice and I have still never seen mailer or address.
Turned me in for collections and now a bill that was $124.86 is over $400.00. Collection people do not care that verizon is at fault, just want my money.
