My soon to be x husband made my cell phone so I could not call out. I called verizon and since I am not an authorized user I couldn't have it turned back on, neither could I take off my automatic payments for the phone without my husband authorization because I was not an authorized user. I disputed it with Discover and they are telling me Verizon Wireless has to take care of it. Even though I have explained this to both Verizon and Discover neither will help me. This is a warning to not let an authorized person do an automatic renewal on your credit card. The funny thing we have had the account for years, I am the only person on the account, since my husband went to ATT over a year ago.
