Vero Sports and Imports Vero Boat Sales Breach of Contract Vero Beach Florida
I purchased a 2001 Proline 22 Sport and Trailer from this dealer on May 31, 2013 for $18,999.00. Have bill of sale and application for title from dealer. Was told Title and registration would be mailed to my home within 10 business days.
2.5 months later, I have not received these documents. I have contacted the dealer several time on this matter. On the last contact, I was told by salesman (Eddie Rivera) that the owner (Lou LePage) had not paid the owner of the boat he was selling on consignment to transfer ownership of the boat to me.
I have sent a demand letter, preceeded by a demand email - no response.

Its now october and no response from the Lou LePage or Eddie Rivera on this sale. I have filed suit for Breach of Contract and expect a court judgement in october.
