I ordered the Currency Exchange Profits program from Vertical Marketing LLC on August 1, 2006. The cost was $249. The guarantee was that after 45 days of trading, if you did not see a profit, they would refund DOUBLE your purchase cost so $498.

They indicated that you could start out with as little as $50. My intent was to start out with $100. The problem being that you had to fund your e-gold account through GoldEx, which does not currently allow credit cards, so you have to bank wire at least $500 to start up. There is a fee from your bank to do a wire as well. I waited for a resolution to the credit card issue, but then grew impatient and opened my account with the $500 toward the end of August and began buying digots.

A few weeks after I started, DxInOne changed their entire site, so now the Currency Exchange Profits training videos were out of date. I created support tickets with questions about the changes and got a message from Carlos Cruz stating that "wait it out and updates will be coming." I did as he said, all the time not making any money, despite following their advice. Some of the videos were updated, but no real strategy was laid out. I emailed support and got more less than helpful responses.

Finally, in mid-October I decided to cancel my account. I informed Currency Exchange Profits via support ticket that I wanted my refund. Carlos Cruz informed me that it was beyond the 45 day time limit. I informed him that I traded for 45 days as per refund agreement. I am not even seeking the $498, just my original $249 investment back.

I found their videos out of date and their support less than helpful. Their promises to yield a profit were an exaggeration.

Jerald is correct that the DxInOne system did change but I have no control over the changes I can only respond to them with new videos after researching, testing, and evaluating the changes to provide the best strategies for my members. Jerald begrudgingly admits that the videos were updated while he was a member. He also points out that he made extensive use of the live support I offer. What he does not admit is that he never made the effort to follow the entire course yet still expected the full returns as though he had. This is like pressing the gas pedal half way and then complaining that the car does not reach the stated top speed. Does it seem at all interesting that Jerald hated the training course yet still used it for over 2 months, along with the live support provided, before requesting a refund? And as he belatedly admits, I do give out refunds. So who really was ripped off here? Was it Jerald who received a full refund after using my product and support resources for free or was it me?

I have no further comment other than don't watch TV commercials at 2 AM in the morning. They are about as credible as the company you mention.
