Jeffrey A. McDonald and Melody Page are a real "power couple" who like to sue small businesses when they don't get what they want. Having been in business for 16 years, I have never had a complaint and always serviced the public, both as an attorney and as a small business owner. They are vengeful people who will sue you and litigate over the smallest problem and, moveover, they are very bad at what they do. McDonald is a poor photographer and Melody will ruin your back. Beware!!!

I feel it only fair to respond to the poster as he is very upset that a County Court Judge ruled against him yet because, well, you know, he's an attorney and I could go on and on and on about this "man's" motivation, but in the interest of acting like a human being, I'll refrain. However, some of the things (well, actually all of them) are factually incorrect, including but not limited to:
1. Neither Jeff nor Melody are "litigious". To normal people, the poster is using big, fancy words to basically say that Jeff and Melody sue people regularly and just for the heck of it. To put it simply in language you and I understand, this is hogwash. Don't believe me? Fine! Do a public records case search here: courtcon.co.palm-beach.fl.us/pls/jiwp/ck_public_qry_main.cp_main_idx. See a bunch of lawsuits where either of these people are Plaintiffs? Gee, I don't see that either. Accordingly, since neither of these individuals has initiated litigation (sued anyone else to you and I normal folks), it's pretty obvious the poster is 100% incorrect.
2. The poster, an attorney, in all his wisdom, has ruled that Jeff is a lousy photographer. Putting aside the fact that all art is subjective, I'll let you be the judge whether or not Jeff is a lousy photographer: jeffreyamcdonald.com/#!/index. Frankly, if the poster's lawyering skills were as good as Jeff's photography skills, he would. But he didn't. Because he was wrong. And he's also a pretty lousy attorney. But, that's just my "subjective" opinion.
3. Counselor (the poster a/k/a attorney) has never had a massage from Melody, so his allegations are pretty much slander, which is no surpise coming from this colossal whiny baby.
I'm an independent litigation and bankruptcy paralegal with 20 years experience, I know Jeff and Melody on a personal basis, I've ready this entire case and frankly, I'm shocked. I'm used to hearing complaints about the lack of ethics by attorneys, but this one takes the cake. We all make mistakes in life; it's part of being human. It's a shame some of us can't just man up even if we have a law degree.

The author of this review recently lost a lawsuit against us. The "small problem" was that he sold us art product that was broken and unacceptable and when it was returned to the manufacturer he refused to refund our money, which was aprox. $1500. The court awarded us $1678.00. We used several outlets including the better business bureau before going to small claims court. It was always our hope to resolve this matter without having to go to court, but he left us no choice. Neither of us have sued anyone else. We are not "sue happy," we simply sued him because he ripped us off. Additionally he was never a massage client, nor a photographic client, nor a client of any sort.
