I gave the Go Smart Phone Customer service rep. my credit card to refill my account for my phone service he told me the card was declined I knew it wasnt because I had just bought the walmart gift card and activated it 24 hrs earlier and had made no transactions on it. So i called Walmart Visa Gifft Card serviice to check the balance they informed me the card had been prosessed and charged for the transaction After 25 attempts to contact GO Smart they finnaly sent me to thier billing department VESTA who refused to release the funds and said thats not our problem we had a clitch call Walmart they got your money I ask for a supervisor and was told I dont know who one is. I ask for a physical location and was to to contact a po box and titlemmy letter Attn Call Center manager and then was hung up on. After doing some research have found out this Vesta IS A SCAM PROCESSING CENTEr
