Vesta Payment Systems / work with Cricket Wireless Vesta Pre Collection Services Vesta is claiming I owe them $39 for a returned check. Portland Oregon
I never gave them a check. None of the clerks would let me speak they just kept talking mon stop. I got Brian the mgr. he did the same thing.I ended up so frustrated I cussed every one of them out. I two weeks later call Brian tell him I have the reciept he tells me my payments made in Cricket store dont cover Vestas $39 . He told me the account # Its not my acct. # He says I called in false numbers I still have to pay Nd hung up on me.I payed Feb. and zCricket wont get involved to clear it up. So bye bye Cricket and I need znattorny to keep this out of my credit. SCANDALOUS !!!dont
I am a "Cricket cell phone customer. They use a third party company for thier electronic phone phone. Payments, ach. Payments etc. Vesta is its name.They have no clue how to talk on the phone to us every day human bings. They don't listen, just talk right over the top of the customer.I paid my phone bill in 2 parts.on the 8th I tried to make a phone payment. I was called a while later she told me it wasn't. Paid. I was goig right by Cricket store in Tigard )so I stopped paid 39.00 there. A few days later I get a call ffrom Vesta ( recorded message) We have a regurned unpaid check. It's. In the amount of 39 dollars. Following Saturday I called to resolve the 39 dollars.I spoke eith 4 or 5 emplyeess The last person was yhe Mgr. He started being offending towards me.I at the end sounded like the Boss of all billing.,I told him that day I payed 2 payments of $39 in the Tigard store My month of February.He kept telling me those In store payments wouldn't. Touch what I owe the #39 Dollars and hangs up on me.I call back 2 wks.later ask for Brian. He is just as rude. I told him I have a reciept. He start saying so you didnt call this in? The person that called just she was you then gave the numbers to your personal account and left. Then he read the acct nmber to me.He didnt even have the bamk actt. # right.That is not my account number.I said.This was just over and over.He hung up on me. So I called him back.Told him I have my reciept He raised his voice realloud ran a phone number off and hung up on me.He still insists I owe this even tho I have my reciept. Cricket won't. Call Vesta and Vests wont call Cricket to straighten it out. I need an attorny to fight this so it doesnt go on my credit. Bye Bye Cricket and not pAying your letty $39 that I dont owe you.
