Complaint Review: Vested Protection Systems - Clark New Jersey

 Just a heads up here. I did some investigating when I saw this report and it turns out the coward who wrote this is James McGibney, owner of a revenge porn website. This false report was posted here because McGibney is being sued and wanted a court warrant Joy possessed against the plaintiff. When Joy didn’t give it to him, he went after his wife and kids and then came here to slime Joy’s business. From my investigation, there are people working for James McGibney who go around the Internet trying to harm people who want nothing to with him. All the workers found in the evidence are, Jennifer Emick (Google her name and add NarcoTroll), Steven Hatlestad (looks like he’s a notorious troll going on 10 years getting his jollies off doing this type of stuff to hundreds of people), Robert Holmes (Owner of IP CyberCrimes that a McGibney account admitted working with). Every one of these people have warrants out for their arrest, hide from the law, have federal investigations on them or owe thousands in judgments which they never pay. James McGibney is the owner of Cheaterville, a website where you can post revenge, especially porn, on anyone for anything, true or false. Then he admits he partnered with removal services where you have to pay to get the stories taken down for a hefty $500 a pop. This website is no better and does the same thing. Of late, he started up again with a woman who is also located in New Jersey named Vinnie Spina who is some type of publicity agent for a reality television star, Siggy Flicker. That’s where McGibney cowarded out on harassing both of those women directly and hired Steve Hatlestad and Jennifer Emick again. Ms. Spina took Hatlestad to court where he refused to answer to the judge and now has 3 warrants issued by the State. They are all now embarking on harassing both the Joy family and the Spina family for what I believe is to intimidate Joy from testifying in court what they did to him. From what I saw, some death threats were even made and there’s a video of that going around. I watched it and immediately knew something wasn’t right. No wonder the police were called. I know this is sophomoric cyber trash, but after investigating myself, I have to say this is one of the worst cases of cyber harassment I’ve ever seen. My heart goes out to the Spina family and I hope all affected by these criminals get their justice soon. There’s a lot of sick people in this world but James McGibney and his vile gang tops the list.

Notice that Janeal never actually gives any example, let alone evidence, of what these people have done that's illegal?  Not too suspicious, but it's definitely true.  She has none but she's gonna get this man's license pulled if it's the last breath she takes.  Hope you die trying!  :)

First, they tried to say the son was running an illegal business.  She hates cops so that makes sense.  The son is now a cop like his dad.  That fell and then they tried to defame the business after McGibney's lead investigator promised to do just that.  McGibney doesn't like people who hang up when he sends his thugs in demanding information that's none of his business.  What sane person wouldn't hang up on these jerks?  I sure would have!

Come to find out, these people have also served their country and we all know how McGibney loves to tell everyone at least 100 times a court appearance how he's a former Marine to the point of throwing up!  So what to do when you're pissed off that a retired cop won't give you what you want?  You can't go trash a brotha, can you?  What's he do?  He settles on sending the man threats to go after his wife, which McGibney did and signed them (at least that's what we were ALL told during the conference calls with the police and FBI).  What did McGibney end up doing? Going after the wife as promised and using his hired help that you see here posting.

I hope they continue so the FBI can clearly see what extortion looks like.

Janeal, you're a very stupid woman.  Everything you've posted is nothing but a headache, not to mention all in your head.  You have no proof of your allegations and everything you post is nothing but libelous hearsay.  Hearsay meaning, all bullshit heard from you and your wacko friends' mouths.  Alleged meaning, all the alleged things YOU said about everyone and then use the word allege because you actually think that puts you above the law and out of reach of being picked up and you will be.

If you had a valid claim against a police department, you would have filed a report WITH THE PROSECUTOR like your buddy Neal Rauhauser did over email and then not show up when they file charges against your lying a** claims, which happened, and get yourself your own warrant out for your arrest like he has now.  Several, in fact.  But instead you came here with disgruntled NarcoTroll, Jennifer Emick and made your butt hurt claims ANONYMOUSLY because you were too scared to put your name on it and lose every dime you have.

Thirdly, I do not recall the tweet that was posted, but if it's genuine it looks quite funny to me. Why? There is no evidence anywhere that the Joys have ever followed through with years of threats to haul people into court. There would be no judge to sleep with, right? Get it? Oh nevermind.

Spew all the venom you want. The Joys have made grievous legal errors in coming after me as they have with many other people. This isn't about Joanne and Jeff venting on Twitter, it's about using law enforcement contacts and a licensed private investion company to threaten people they don't like, especially Democrats.

The only conspiracy, is the conspiracy to silence their critics and victims, much like the recent troll comments here about me. It will not work.

Janeal, it's very easy to find out that you own the website that published all the libel, stalking and harassment against Joy's entire family.  I don't know why you act so shocked, but that's par for the course with you.  But for the rest of the readers, just go to any domain history site and get it.  Sometimes they charge a small fee, but they'll give you the person who registered it since it's inception.  It may have been blindly registered since it's inception, but that's the chance you take.  In this case, Janeal registered it under her own name when it was first registered.  It's not that hard.

What I don't understand is why Janeal is currently trying to hide the fact that she owns it but has others running it.  If anyone cares to know, she admitted that Steve Hatlestad is the admin for her domain.  He's the one who wrote the pieces on the Joy family and took full credit for it.  Both have threatened to carry it further along with Jennifer Emick and Captain Obvious (NTBD).  The motive is simple.  They aim to ruin this family's reputation and business.  I'm sure it will have reverse results to any sane person reading their insanity and history of harassment of others.

I would love, LOVE, LOVEeeeee to see this family and business finally file a lawsuit or submit enough of their guff where criminal charges are pursued.  This Janeal Eller is absolutely begging for it.

I've searched high and low for Mrs. Joy's alleged association with politics and I can't find a single entry anywhere.  Other than Janeal and her friends' constant rumors that anyone who defends this family must be them and particularly, Mrs. Joy, only because they are stalking around for a female.

This is a prime example of how innocent people, (including the female they're searching for) are hounded by a pack of rabid dogs and think they can get away with it because they live so far away, no one would consider suing their asses.  If Neal Rauhauser is any indication, victims do pursue charges and they do acquire bench warrants and judgments as prescribed by law.

You and your minions can threaten to continue your mission of attacking everyone that Neal Rauhauser has gone in the ring with, but you're not anymore immune than he is to the law.  What you're doing is illegal.  Freedom of speech isn't a right you can use to harass people who don't even know you.  Those people have rights to.  Your freedom stops when it infringes upon theirs.  Touting that you're so educated in law enforcement Janeal, I would think you have no excuses.

I don't blame Joy's wife one bit for confronting what you did and are doing and I hope she gets her day in court very soon.

I didn't read Janeal's entire b***s*** rant, but there's evidence she's a lacking sack of trouble.  I did read enough to conclude that she's admitting she's in cahoots with James McGibney, who seems to be on a mission to harass the Joy family.  It's the same people over and over who are always in the wings imparting the shots.

The comment made by Janeal Eller was on Twitter, a social-media gathering place where it was posted on her public feed.  Several concerned people sent it Vested's email.  Apparently the wife was notified and was understandably upset with the libel being posted about her.  Janeal, if you don't want to be sued or emailed by the people you're harassing, maybe you shouldn't be doing it.  You did.  The family was notified.  Then you come on here to with your fake outrage and make more threats while standing behind your law enforcement connections suggesting no one can touch you.  Noted.

One more thing, Janeal.  You'd be surprised how many people have not only emailed Vested to apprise them of what you and your friends are doing, we called them personally.  Yes, even your liberal ex-friends who don't condone what you're doing.  We told the woman just about everything and gave her the evidence of what you said.  Stop your lying.

Once again someone from Vested Protection Systems has used my name to pursue a course of egregious libel and threats of police actions against me. The email enclosed below was not sent to my email address. I was notified via friends on Twitter who posted the link assuming I had seen it. Allow me to express much gratitude to James McGibney of Bullyville.com for posting the email VPS mysteriously routed through him or I would have had no knowledge of its existence.

A few points I would like to make publicly as I have no intention of being lured into some bizarre trap of back and forth arguing over conspiracy theories by responding to Vested Protection Systems via email.

1. I would like proof that the signatory, "Mrs. Joanne Joy" is a legal employee, owner or associate of Vested Protection Systems or simply using her husband, Jeffrey Joy's private investigation business to harass people.

2. It is well documented that Neal Rauhauser and I have had very acrimonious exchanges and  I would never assist him in any way since he does harass and threaten people, including me. That said, he is clearly not the only evil in the world, as Mrs.Joy has proven here.

3. Mrs. Joy's renowned obsession with politics and finding liberal demons under her bed, closets  and in her hair is old news, however, using VPS as her personal weapon to threaten me is certainly new.

4. Considering the domain in question is a privately registered domain,  Mrs. Joy's statement, "information regarding your involvement as owner of OpUniteBlue.com was provided already by your carrier." is very interesting. Is this related to the phishing scam known as a DMCA Takedown Notice filed by Jeffrey Joy on behalf of "Michelle" ? Does Jeffrey Joy submit all his "investigative" work to his wife Joanne? Serious confidentiality concerns arise in that statement.

5. When did this take place? " The disgusting comments you made regarding myself having sex with a Judge is a felony crime in the state of New Jersey." It's humorously ridiculous.

6. Mrs. Joy states, " I hold you completely responsible for the content being published on your web-site and your personal social-media accounts...". A website is not a domain and a random statement suggesting I own social media accounts pertaining to her existence and foolishness is patently false. I do own a blog called Doxic Shock Syndrome and Mrs. Joy's cohorts are tempting me to write about their escapades at fail doxing people that disagree with them. To date, there is nothing about them or the Joy family on my blog.

7. Having experience in the field of law enforcement, I would never attempt to "harm a member of law enforcement". I would however, accurately expose inappropriate and criminal activity of a member of law enforcement to the public as it is a matter of public interest and safety, as is Vested Protection System's harassment via social media and threats of what I perceive as police swatting for revenge. Speaking of crimes, swatting is taken very seriously in California.

8. When citing California Penal Code to threaten me, please be accurate. An infraction is not a felony.  "Infractions against police officers and their families makes it a felony crime under the California Penal Code". An infraction is a public offense, but arguably not a crime, and is not punishable by imprisonment. Mrs. Joy's false statement citing California law is a fine example of incompetence and menacing behavior for a business licensed to charge fees for "legal" investigations.

9. Mrs. Joy...do not attempt to send an email libeling and threatening several people and add this as your protection. It's an abuse of the intended purposes of copyright law: "The content of this email is private and any public dissemination made of it will be considered further harassment and the publisher's intent to disregard this notice.  Any use of this email to further harass will be included as evidence in a court of law."

10. It will be interesting to see if the Joys attempt a DMCA Takedown Notice against RipOff Reports with another phishing scam to get names of those who have commented here. I suggest a legal subpoena rather than the cheap thrills gained from bogus DMCA complaints.

I fully expect this response to be met with rambling accusations and insults via the crew of unstable Joy trolls who are seen responding here at RipOff Reports in support of the indefensible actions of Jeffrey and Joanne Joy. See you on Twitter, stalkers.

Reading these comments makes it obvious who is in the wrong here.  Jeff Joy needs to man up and take his wife in for mental health services before she destroys what little is left of his business.  Her crazy spew here makes more of a statement regarding her fragile mental condition than anything I could post.

In claiming to be the poor aggrieved victim, she calls on such upstanding citizens as Gregory D Evans (a convicted felon and infamous charlatan), Craig Brittain (proprietor of a 'revenge porn' site that posts nude photos of underage girls and other victims), and worse, trying to justify her years of harassment and stalking while crying victim now that people are refusing to put up with her illegal and psychotic behavior.

Her latest upset is having the contents of her locked twitter account publicly exposed, where she was hurling abuse nonstop at people who could not even see her comments.  Hundreds and hundreds of vulgar names, threats, and paranoid, delusional conspiracy theories.

While Joanne loves to act like a complete unselfaware nutcase, she hates having her crazy exposed beyond her small circle of equally insane cohorts.  She's going on now about having her 'privacy' invaded, although I'm not sure how she was 'invaded' given that Twitter has no rules saying one must like a person to read their tweets.

Meanwhile, she's spent years posting other people's 'private' business, including emails, addresses, phone numbers, credit records, and even social security numbers.  In one of her comments here, she's even complaining about having difficulty finding someone and having to stalk the lady's husband to get an address.

The world according to Joanne and Jeff Joy:

• When the Joys publish your emails, your home address, your credit report, and your business, they are 'whistleblowers.' 
• When Joanne uses her ipad to illegally record a phone call for a politically motivated (and illegal in the state of NJ) 'investigation,' it's also 'whistleblowing.'
• When Jeff and Joanne send you harassing, vulgar, threatening emails from sockpuppets, they're 'whistleblowers.'
• When anyone else posts any information about their activities, including public data from public sources, they are vicious harassing stalkers

Despite these claims,  the only persons making repeated, unsolicited direct contact are the Joys. 

These two have emailed, threatened people over the phone, and used their son's position in the local police department to make false reports and even file bogus charges against people on their political hit list.  She has also repeatedly demanded that others file bogus warrants in the state against her many political enemies.  It is also important to note that while her sockpuppets ceaselessly advocate for her here but claim never to have met her, most of these bogus warrants are filed by Jeff or Joanne Joy.

The employee was subject to a false police call that she believes Jennifer Emick made to her house.  The police came and aimed guns in her and her child's face believing there was a crime when there was nothing but a mother and her child going about their business.  When the employee complained about the false call to the police, this is what Jennifer Emick did for revenge.  She tried to get her fired with another false report.  Now she's making these false reports against more people.  The list is endless with this woman and her internet harassers who are just like her.  Now she has teamed up with Bullyville who loves people who will stick their necks on the chopping block so he doesn't have to.

I am currently being bullied by Bullyville.com who has also hired people to bully me via their blogs. For someone who claims to represent not being bullied, I find it funny that he is funding active bullying against me, supporting hacking of every website I own and targeting me for no good reason other than they think I am involved with a website that I do not own. Their claims are bogus and their "first amendment" lawyer

Marc Randazza(of whom I have also filed a BBB complaint against) has an unjustifiable vendetta against me as well.

Bullyville openly displays ads of kids who were bullied to death, but I find it very odd that they are trying to drive business away from my webdesign and app developing business. Just because I chose to design a website, or took a job creating logos, does not mean I own or run a site I was hired to make these things for. The reason I do not request a settlement, is because I do no t want anything to do with these bullies and I feel that by you questioning them and sending them this report should be warning enough. It was nice to see that WordPress takes the time to investigate claims and doesn’t automatically suspend a site for 14 days like GoDaddy does but it was sad to see that Mr Joy continues to perjure himself.

The emails in question were not stolen from the recipient since HE WAS DEAD by the time the correspondence was finished. The emails are available on the internet which is how I was able to copy them. Vested Protection's claim that I stole the emails is both ridiculous and defamatory.

Despite Vested Protection's statement, an employee of Vested Protection is NOT a confidential source and must, in fact, be licensed and bonded to be an employee of Vested Protection. Sorry, being married to the owner doesn't qualify as being licensed and bonded.

In any case, the alleged copyrights of Vested Protection do not trump criminal conspiracy to commit civil rights violations. Nor does those copyrights trump breaking the laws of New Jersey.

Being a retired cop doesn't entitle anyone to be above the law or act under color of the law to persecute others for having opposing political beliefs. Having an active duty cop for a son doesn't entitle anyone to use police resources to conduct an unethical, if not illegal, investigation.

If Vested Protection considers a brief investigation into their shady activities to be harassment they might want to consider how the subjects of their 4 year long, politically motivated and personal "investigation" feel.

   3. The only way the blogger COULD be held liable is if the blogger encouraged obtaining materials that required a crime to be committed. (see Peavy v WFAA-TV)

And if the wife of the owner confesses that she wrote the emails, she also has to prove she was licensed and bonded.

Whoever is pretending to write as Kelly Laurens, a friend of Michelle's, is a liar and an imposter.  Neither Mr. or Mrs. Joy is either women.  I was stalked myself and accused.  My own family had to notify YouTube's Legal Department when they harassed me there.  They harassed me because I know who the real whistleblower is and I refuse to tell them.  That whistleblower is not going to be named, is not anyone mentioned here and reported a crime, nothing more.  It's the criminals who are posting here to stalk her down.  Reports of those close to them are evidence that the stalking could lead to a life-threatening event should she be known.

OpUniteBlue.com posted several articles about the strange goings on at Vested Protection. The owner of Vested Protection filed a DMCA claim and had the website taken down in retaliation. 

This is the email Mr Joy sent to Godaddy to complain about copyright infringement.

Mr Joy claims that pictures of his office were taken from his business site but the disputed picture is actually a screen capture taken from Google maps. His claim is not true.

Mr Joy also claims emails were illegally hacked. Once again, this isn’t true. It’s been reported on several blogs that the emails were released by a Breitbart staff member. There are audio recordings of the email’s author, Michele, complaining about the emails being released but she doesn’t mention anything about hacking.

Mr Joy is presenting himself as the copyright holder of these emails. He swears this under penalty of perjury. He did not write the emails therefore he is not the copyright holder.

So we responded, disputing his claim to be the copyright owner.

I know who is responsible for this report.  The victim is Vested Protection Systems, LLC, who RIPOFF REPORT is trying to use extortion; ie. demanding money, to have this garbage taken down.

It started out where a psychopath (yes, clinically diagnosed mental case) by the name of Neal Rauhauser got himself 3 warrants for his arrest in New Jersey for stalking people in New Jersey, including minors, which was the subject of a FBI investigation and local criminal complaints.

Down the road, Neal Rauhauser tussled with another man by the name of James McGibney, owner of Bullyville and wound up in a civil lawsuit together.  That's when James McGibney hired an army (his own words) to find information on Neal Rauhauser.  When Vested Protection wouldn't give that to him, James McGibney began equally psychotic behavior, using his army, to intimidate Vested Protection, their family and others.

After this happened, Neal Rauhauser offered $50,000.00 to James McGibney's and/or his cyber-army to come up with fabricated civil and/or criminal charges against the people who had a warrant out for his arrest.

This is highly illegal activity with an active police investigation ongoing, including filings with the FBI.  Nothing in this report is true.  It's being done by psychotic, mentally-ill people, who think their intimidation tactics work.  The entire list of who they are is listed below.

Neal Rauhauser - Fugitive stalker of families and children where this company is just one of dozens who have filed active police reports against.  He currently has 3 active warrants for his arrest, not including being wanted for back child support exceeding $53,000.00.  His ex-wife has a restraining order against him.  He is clinically insane per the ex-wife.

James McGibney - Owner of Bullyville, Cheaterville and over 900 websites created, many for extortion purposes.

Robert Holmes - Plano, Texas.  Calls himself a private investigator with ties to the FBI and relatives who are police officers.  Owns CyberCrimes, Inc. and screams bloody murder anytime anyone calls him out for being involved in this harassment.

Jennifer Emick - Waterford, Michigan.  Fancies herself as an FBI informant for Daniel G. Borsuk of the Washington FBI Field Office, although he disowned her or knowing anything about her federal ties with him.  This woman is crazy, highly dangerous, is accused of abusing her own children and now openly works for James McGibney where he and his associates openly credit and flatter her "work".  She has no driver's license, doesn't work, and can only be found by police wanting to locate her by her husband's name, Jason Fullenwider.  Apparently, she chose to involve herself in a working relationship with both James McGibney and Neal Rauhauser, where she hopes to claim $50,000.00 for making up lies about crimes that were never committed by these people and others.  She has a long history of stalking people and made a business out of it called BackTrace Security.  She was dumped from that business by it's rightful owner but still claims to own it. She is actively pursuing this business and family, stalking and harassing them almost on a daily basis.  She hacks into email accounts, pension accounts, court clerk accounts, facebook and anywhere she can find personal, identifying information about a person.  Then she illegally uses that information to relentlessly torment families, including minors.  She has been reported to the authorties.  She is/was a member of the hacker group, Anonymous.

Steven Jay Hatlestad - Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  Involved in political smears, the hacker group Anonymous and left-wing, progressive causes.  Seeks out registered Republicans and stalks them and their families.  Extremely psychotic and perverted.  He is a member of the Unite Blue progressive-political campaign with a charter group he uses to disseminate smears by the name of OpUniteBlue, a website owned by Janeal Eller of California.  He has sought out and stolen this family's private photos and used them to harass the entire family, business and their police department.  Last word was he has been reported to the Broward County Sheriff's Department and a case file was initiated.

This group, including Neal Rauhauser has made death threats against this family and at least some of them have been pursuing their minor children offline.

Nothing is this report can be deemed true.  It is an intimidation tactic well known to the authorities to attack victims who use legal remedies to enforce their legal rights.
