This is an update to a report I filed back on April 10th 2010 on Ripoff Report. It seems John Vestri is still at it. FYI he filed for Bankruptcy on September 29th, 2009 thereby depriving me and at least 9 others of the ability to go after him for not diliveing the cars we had paid for. For detailed information on his past go to truthfinder.com and type in his name as John Vestri with his phone number 714-308-3089 and see for your self the shady past this guy has. Numerous criminal violations and various address all over the place along with PO boxes. According to the information on truthfinder he recently bought some very expensive homes in CA and PA, one for $850,000. Wonder where all this money came from? Maybe from all the people, he ripped off? If you attempt to buy a car or have one built by this scam man you do so at you own peril.

Anyone who'd like to discuss my personal history with him may call me at 856-304-1035. I'm want to prevent as many people as I can from making the terrible costly mistake my wife and I made when we trusted this man with $135,000 of our hard earned money!!

Perry Mason, cute! You're probably a shill for this con man but be that as it may, this was mail and wire fraud. The car was being built in CA I resided in NJ. I was sent pictures showing the car's progress and I was paying based on a build schedule. The pictures were not of my car. I discovered this when I flew to CA to see the car in person when I suspected something was up.

It was then I discovered the car I was sent photos of was not the same car. So far from being a sucker lets just say I was taken in by a pro, a guy who makes his living doing this sort of thing. And oh by the way what does this have to do with you anyway Perry. Nothing better to do in your boring life? I'm trying to prevent other people from being taken in by this flimflam man.

If what you're saying is you sent off $135,000 to somebody you don't know to by a used car you've never seen, you need to seek professional help and possible confinement in an institution to protect you from an incredible lack of any COMMON SENSE! "A sucker is born every minute!" P. T. Barnum.
