Did you buy the supercharger directly from VF and have it installed by some other mechanic or did whoever installed it buy the supercharger and provide it as part of their parts/service? However this was handeled, you need to carefully read over the terms of the warranty you were provided (most car upgrades or repairs usually have at least one-year warranty parts and labor or some other combination thereof). If you didn't buy the supercharger direct from VF then you most likely need to deal with the installer and then they, in turn, can deal with VF. Also, if you did not buy the supercharger direct and have VF do the install, then in all likelihood their warranty would only be limited to replacing the part that broke, but would exclude "consequential damages" such as what you experienced as they have no control over the work the actual installer performed. You might get better results going to who did the install for you instead of dealing with VF.
