There are two possible funds available to fraud victims:
FRAUD RECOVERY - NEVADA ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE
There is a compensation fund available through the Nevada Attorney General's Office per the Nevada Victims of Crime Compensation Program (VOCP) (NRS 217.010 to 217.270). This fund is, generally, for victims of violent crime.
For victims of attorney fraud (e.g., Nancy Quon, David Amesbury, Brian Jones, Jeanne Winkler):

There is a fund available to victims of attorney fraud through the Nevada State Bar:
