First off, Victoria Discount Tires is the only company that puts a 90 day warrenty on USED tires. We cover defects as well as road hazard for that 90 days. But 7 months later? On used tires? No one bullied anyone, we offered to spin them them up on the wheel ballancer and explained that sometimes it could be a matter of a simple wheel balance, and ,inspite of the fact it was way past the warrenty period, we'd ballance them for no charge if thats what it needed. If there was a broken belt, which is possible, even on a brand new tire, especially on a snow tire that went through the winter and now the hot weather, we'd try to work something out. We were told, no thank you. At this point we have not seen the tires, been aforded any oppertunity to do anything, except have threatening phone calls from Shaun Campbell. We dont even know if we sold the tires in the first place. We are infact a real tire store, with a real tire tech, licenced mechanics, and well trained staff. We are more cognisant of the fact that theres more to a tire then tread remaining, then Shaun. No one here rumages through junk tire piles either. We are far too busy, and not stupid enough to put a 90 warrenty on junk. We do buy takeoffs from major dealers though.
