Complaint Review: Victoryduanshop on Ebay - Internet

I purchased on Ebay Mini 1:58 Coke Can RC Radio Remote Car Racing Toy Vehicles. I purchased 2 of them. When purchased It stated I would receive on Dece,ber 24. This was purchased as a gift for my son.

December 24 came and no package. When I went online onto Ebay it showed a tracking number. Clicked on the tracking number for USPS. It showed that the label was generated on December 17 but the package was never shipped!

I sent the first email on December 24. He immediatedly sent a response:"It must be lost in the mail." I tried to file a request for a refund on Ebay. I could not since I had to wait 24 hours.

December 25- again tried to request a refund through Ebay and again requested a refund through victoryduanshop.  He refused to give me  refund.  Ebay would not the request since it was a holiday.

December 26- finally could file a refund request through Ebay. I again sent another email to victoryduaneshop via Ebay. He again denied my request for a refund. I found out by doing a search he has done this thousand of times!  I called Ebay and got into an arguement with customer service.  In the meantime, victoryduaneshop told me they would only refund my money if I first changed my Ebay review to a very postive review!  I told them in a lengthy email that this was blackamil and fraud and if they lived in the same state I would have them arrested!

I was told by Ebay "I must follow the rules and wait 3 business days before a refund may be considered." This set me off. I told them I had followed the rules! That they harbor criminals. This had been reported to them numerous times and they ignored all of us. They failed to protect the consumer and since he has been trying to blackmail that there rules should not apply to this situation. They refused to listen to me.

December 27, 28, 29 and 30 again requested a refund from these people. each time my request was denied because I refused to changed my review to a postive review on ebay.

December 30 I received yet another email from these people claiming that my items were now sent via DHL not USPS. They provided a tracking number that was coming to my city but could not verify my address associated with the tracking. When I manual input the tracking into DHL is was not a correct tracking number. I again sent htem another email yelling fraud and my money refunded. My request was denied again since I refuse to change my review.

Ebay now states I have to wait yet another week before I can try and get my refund. These people are criminals and need to be stopped. I even tried sending a FB message to the CEO of Ebay.  These people need to be shut down forever.

They are based in China but have an office/warehouse in Ontario, CA.  Please someone shut these people down so more people are not swindled!
