I ATTEND A TIME PRESENTATION A GRAND MAYAN AT NUEVO VALLARTA AND PRESSURED FOR 7 HRS. I TOLD THEM I ALREADY OWN A TIMESHARE WITH DIMOND RESORTS.
EVERYTIME I SAY NO DIFFERENT INDIVIDUALS COME AND OFFER ME MOORE FREE WEEKS I THOGHT WAS A GOOD DEAL THEY OFFER ME TO BUY MY TIMESHARE I ENDING SIGNINGTO PURSHASING JULY,5 2015.
ONCE I RETURED HOME I RESEARCH THE COMPANY I FIND OUT WAS VACATION PRIVILEGES THEY GIVE DIFFERENT NUMBR TO CALL I CALL TO 4 DIFFENTS NUMBERS EVERYBODY I CALL AND TELL THEM ABOUT THE CONTRACT SAY NOBODY KNOW, I WAS TOLD WAS A LIE DID I HAVE TO PAY FOR EACH WEEK I WANT TO USE START FROM $299 TO $899 DLS.
THAT WHEN I DECIDE TO CANCEL IT. THEN I GOT I CALL FROM FLORIDA REQUESTIN ME TO PAY $750 DLLS. FOR THE TRANFER FEE FOR MY TIMESHARE TRADE.
I PAY IT FULL WITH MY CREDIT CARD I CALL THE CRDIT CARD FILED ADISPUTE I CALL TO MEXICO SEND E MAILSIT LEAVE MESSAGES NOBODY CALLME BACK IT TAKE TO LONG BUT THAT TIME THE CREDIT CARD TOLD ME WERE UNABLE TO DETERMINE THAT A BILLING ERROR OCCURRED ANDCANNOT INTERVENE IN SITUATIONS INVOLVING A MERCHANT'S RWTURN REFUND OR CANCELLATIONS POLICICY. AS A CONSUMER.
MEAN TIME I STILL SEEKING FOR HELP AND MAKING PAYMENTS ON MY CREDIT CARD. AND PAYING I HIGH PHONE BILL CALLING TO MEXICO.

This company is one of the most fraudulent developers in the timeshare industry. The only thing you can do is cancel your timeshare contract.
