My order way placed on 11/29 and was never shipped todays date is 1/14. They are now claiming to have reshipped it again.
After I confirmed my address they reply 12 days later. What kind of pet supply company is this?
After reading all the complaints against them, they must be running a business in their parents basement between parties and paid someone to create a fancy looking website. I only give my business to real companies, not basement operations that rip customers off.
