Viking Office Products bait and switch. Ripoff! Delray Beach Florida
I ordered products with the promise of receiving a DVD player if I spent over $25. I received my products which I would not have purchased without the promise of the DVD player.
Then I contact them to find out when I would receive the DVD player. They cancelled the order for the DVD player and refused to send it to me.
I tried to return the products I purchased for a full refund, but by that time I had used a small amount of the paper I bought. They refused to take the product back partially used.
I am accusing them of a bait-and-switch tactic. I have disputed the purchase with MasterCard, filed an FTC complaint, a BBB complaint, and now a Rip-Off report.
