I was SCAMMED!
she befriended me, gained my trust, asked for small loan, that she paid back, then asked for an emergency loan. Even gave me a promisary note, used collateral that is not hers, and offered interest. First payment, the check is in the mail, then a death in the family, all excuses... then stopped responding... Then quit her job, and disappeared.

Vikki Le Clair is also now going by Victoria Thomas... running the scam in Arizona, and probably New York. Still visiting St Croix, probably running her scams there too. She will be your friend, ask for small stuff, then a big one, then not repay. Often meets people through women's groups that she starts on Craigslist.

Vikki contacted me, saying she was ready to start payments, on May 27th 2016, she said she was dropping off a payment that day... no payment. Then asked if the 15th of every month would be acceptable starting in June.
It is August still no payments, plus she has told others, that this claim this is all a lie. I have the documentation, I have her emails, I have the proof.
If she ever does start paying I will update this with such information.

You should check LaPlata court records and Jefferson County. In my understanding this is not her first scam. Just took the family to St. Croix. You are not the first person that I have heard this from. Feel free to contact me. (((REDACTED))). Please. I know exactly where she is.

She may be working as a paralegal, or office work, also is a public notary for colorado
