Vila Solana Apartments in Laguna Hills LIARS AND THIEVES! THEY STEAL YOUR DEPOSIT AND TOW YOUR CARS FOR EXTRA MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Laguna Hills California, Internet
Just like the infamous City Of Bell. This residential Company has a contract with the local tow yard to help them make thousands of extra dollars! My Nieghbors and I have had our cars towed in the middle of the night (parked Legally).The next day standing in line at the tow yard having to pay over $200.00 there were nothing but Equity Residential tenants in line!! This happens quite frequently!
Also, this company will take your deposit no matter how man years you have lived there and send you a bill for more!!!! This has happened to four other residents than myself! After 7 years of living in this Apartment and $600.00 in security deposit. They charged me for carpet and paint! sent me a Bill for over $500.00.
My girlfriend lived there for 2 years with an $1800.00 deposit and they sent her an additional bill for over $500.00. I could write about each persons scenario.
BOTTOM LINE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY BY TOWING YOUR VEHICLE WHILE YOU ARE LIVING THERE THEN WHEN YOU LEAVE THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR MORE!!!THIS COMPANY IS DISHONEST STEALING YOUR DEPOSIT AND BILLING YOU FOR MORE!!!!!
