PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!! Listen when I say this, it is the biggest mistake I have ever made. I moved in here and the first month my toilet didnt work and then it flooded my kitchen they didnt even fix it until I with held rent. During this time all the residents below me were being flooded out of their apts or the were having problems with their air condition. Then about 2 months later, after having other problems with them, I was in my kitchen one day and roaches started pouring out of my electrical unit, about 5 hrs later my dog started to freak out, I pulled him by the collar and looked at the stairs to see a huge rat crawling up my stairs. I called and they told me that there was nothing they could do about it and to go get a mouse trap. So I moved out the next day. I called and called and called the number on the lease paper with NO calls back. Meanwhile, I had to get a lawyer, the lawyer told me bc my husband was on deployment we could get out of the lease and it would be less of a hassle I called VOB and told them this and they told me that I could get out of my lease this way and she, Amanda, would send me my final paper work, this was a bill for $2800. I called the cooperate office over and over again with no return call, finally about a month later I get a phone call from them and I wasnt able to answer it but I called them right back, it took me a month to get a hold of them again. By this time they tell me that it has gone to another company, when i asked if it was a collection agency they told me no. So I call this place over and over again, when about a week later a totally different company calls me, and it is a third party collection agency telling me that I owe a bunch of money and treating me like a low life, screaming the man, Albert Hogan, told me that my lawyer didnt know what he was talking about he I owed this money, that my lawyer got my husband out of the lease but not me, which I think is funny bc i went to a jag lawyer and I am pretty sure he knows more about the statue than some A HOLE that probably has a high school diploma. So, right now this apt complex has totally ruined my good credit, all because I couldnt live with rats and the diseases they carry. PLEASE save yourself the headache and dont rent here, also read apartmentratings.com for more info on the place
