Vinyl Revolution Ripoff nearly impossible to reach dishonest excuses Internet
Vinyl revolution is the reason people do not like to place orders over the internet. This company says one thing and does another.It has been over 2 months since I placed an order. They charged my credit card within 24 hours of placing my order but that was it.
They do not have a telephone number or e-mail address on their website to be contacted with. I had to do a lot of searching to find these. I phoned them only to get an answering machine every time. Their machine was full so it would not accept any other meassages.
After writing e-mails to an address I found I finally received 2 messages. One saying we will e-mail you when your order has shipped. The other was an apology with an excuse.
I recently found out they have used this excuse for some time. Apparently people have complained about this company before through Paypal. I just wish I would have seen this before doing business.
Hopefully this will reach more people before they think about using Vinyl Revolution.
