V.I.P GROUP AKA G & G FINANCIAL is a big loan modification scam. One of their sales person Nelson Lopez came to my house around 8/01/2009 and he assured me that I could qualify for a loan modification. AllI had to do was pay them 3500.00 dollars for their services, and they were going to do everythingto approve me.Since I am in BIG problem with my mortgage , I greed to pay the 3500.00 for the loan modification. One year and half later, they have done nothing to help me approve a modification. Nelson Lopez even called me around 1-08-2011 asking me to pay them an additional 1000.00 dollars to continue my case. When he asked me for more money, and they had done nothing, I became aware of their BIG LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM. I hope that they won't be able to steal from no one else. Which is why I am making this report, to try to make others aware of this company big loan modification scam.

Their office used to be at: 9300 flair drive # 100 El Monte CA 91731. Now they move to: 2015 S. Santa fe ave Los Angeles CA 90021, I have a feeling they will be moving soon again, maybe so they can not be trace by federal agencies, as I have already filed a report with FTC and making home affordable webpage.

Did your mortgage company give you the HUD number to call?

Just out of curiosity, did your mortgage company give you the HUD number to call? A lot of mortgage companies are offering to remodify under the making homes affordable plan, but there are quite a few hoops to jump through. Beware of any of these mortgage companies that are private businesses who want money up front. I hope you can get your money back. They sound like a big scam.
