DO NOT BUY CPNs or TRADELINES from this COMPANY!!! I purchased a CPN from a guy that goes by the name of LEO with VIP Tradelines. When we first spoke on the phone he seemed to be quite knowledgeable about CPNs and using secondary credit profile numbers to build & re-establish  credit. I took my time deciding to purchase from him and didn't have any red flags initially. 

He explained to me that his company VIP TRADELINES is an affiliate of LEGAL CPN which has about (4) different affiliate web pages. Although he said he was an affiliate of LEGAL CPN he told me not to work with them. I was reluctant to work with Leo but he made me very comfortable and seemed like a nice person to deal with. I guess no SCAMMER or DECEIVER will let you know who they really are. After going back and forth via text messages for quite some time, his number is 949-501-3252, as well as email:  sales at viptradlines.com  I finally sent him a payment of $200 . I asked if i could send the payment via Paypal or through some merchant service account so that my purchase would be protected and he said NO. This should have been my first sign of trouble. I wanted so badly to believe this guy wasn't a liar. 

To make a very long story short I was told to make a deposit into his Wells Fargo business bank account #******1126 c/or Vip Tradelines LLC, he promised to deliver the CPN within 48 hours. I received it and had it skipped traced (see attached report) I later found out that the number he gave me had been previously issued. When I questioned Leo about it, He became very aggressive and told me that whomever I had to run his CPN numbers to do business with him that he no longer cared to do business with me. He got completely aggressive and defensive when I asked him for proof that this was a solid CPN. Luckily I DID NOT pay him any additional monies for the TRADELINES he offered. Yes I am out of $200 and learned a valuable lesson not to put money directly into someone's bank account EVER!!!! But I will be making a complaint with The BBB and FTC also.  With his bank account information maybe they can find out who this person is as I am sure I am not the only one he's lied too.

 VIP Tradelines are a legit company! They took care of me and treated me with superb service. They were straight up with me and honest! I'm beyond happy with their service and I will recommend everybody. Leo got me on the right track and still not finished with me! He did everything he said and beyond! This is not a scam or a rip off company! VIP Tradelines is the way to go! I'm one happy Camper! Thank you Leo for Everything

Yes, Mr. Leo is correct I did receive a refund plus the gas money that he indicated here. It wasnt until AFTER I had to continously go back and forth several days  via text message and emails which was profoundly exhausting. LET ME BE CLEAR....RIP OFF REPORT definately helped & obviously works for some consumers,  because I don't think I would've gotten this far had I not complained. I didn't do this to shame or blame him.  I really wanted to work with Leo, He seemed to be a very nice guy in the beginning but a bad day caused him to handle my inquiry as a new client all wrong when he initially dismissed me and said that he cared NOT to do business with me do it with somebody else. I was very clear in the beginning that I was new to the CPN business. That doesn't give a company the right to say you need to learn this business first and if you don't understand it do business with someone else. That is precisely why I came to him, to learn how it works!  I just asked questions about the number I received, because I had it VERIFIED( which many blogs and other companies tell you to do) and it had in fact been issued to another person. Leo  did offer to allow me to keep the number and show me how to build the client profile. He couldve offered me another number. One that was unassigned and that had been skip traced & verified.  I DECLINED, to use the old number mainly because the Company/Client trust had been broken and in all things business as the saying goes, YOU NEVER GET A SECOND CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION. I too, wish Leo @ VIP Tradelines well. I hope this situation will cause him to change his business practices in the future when New Clients have questions and they don't understand the process. He says I'm the only one that ever complained about his company's business practices....hopefully I will be the last.

WE GAVE HER A FULL REFUND PLUS 25$ FOR HER GAS, AND STILL OFFERED TO SHOW HER HOW THE PROCESS WORKS.. CANT MAKE THEM ALL HAPPY, BUT HOPEFULLY SHE LEARNS THIS LINE OF WORK BEFORE SHE GOES FORWARD BECAUSE ITS NOT A EASY JOB.. I WISH HER WELL, AND 1 COMPLAINT OUT OF THOUSANDS OF CUSTOMERS ISNT BAD.. SHE SAID SHE WOULD UPDATE ONCE SHE GOT A REFUND FOR A GOOD NUMBER. BUT STILL HASNT,, HOW SAD.. ITS NOT THE COMPLAINT THAT BOTHERS US, ITS THE FACT SHE DOESNT KNOW THIS TYPE OF WORK AND TURNED AND CALLED US A CON AND ETC. OVER 200$  PEOPLE PAY THOUSANDS FOR THESE LINES AND NO COMPLAINTS..

In fact READ through them, I think you will see who Dropped the ball and Got Angry!! Oh and the emails are in the name of our company Mascot "Frieda Fico" but written by me just in case he says I have a FAKE Company again, he was well aware of my contact name and direct phone number

FIRST OF ALL CONSUMERS I WANT YOU ALL TO KNOW- I am not an Angry Unhappy person. I just don't like being taken advantage of as I'm sure you guys can relate. Which is why we ALL come on this site. I'm a wife, mother , and new to this business. In fact ALL my text and email correspondence will prove quite the contrary. I don't have a FAKE company this guy accused me of. He said that because my site is down for maintenance . Just Google Me my pictures and businesses are all over the internet!!! He on the other hand doesn't even give you his FULL NAME. He just goes by LEO .

I mentioned to you- Leo , already that I am just getting started in this industry. That is why I wanted to make sure everything was on the Up and Up. I can't afford to piss of my clients or lose them due to lack of performance when I am just getting started . That's why I wanted to make sure your numbers were LEGIT! I didn't ask for my money back because originally I wasn't accusing you of anything- ALL I asked you to do was prove that the number you issued me was in fact a good number before I started using it . You said you'd call me ---you didn't! I emailed several times before you even responded back to my inquiry and when I sent proof the number was already issued then and only then did you dismiss me and say , " We don't want your business , do business with someone else ." Why would you do that ???

I didn't start this chain of events , you did!!! You are the one that got ANGRY and sent me a dismissive email stating that you didn't want to do business with me instead of taking your time to call me and explain how the process works or emailing me what to do next. You had NO ISSUES CALLING ME PRIOR TO ME DEPOSITING FUNDS INTO Your BANK ACCOUNT. You could have offered a refund- you didn't! You could've offered a new number - you didn't! Where can you show that the customer was wrong?? You can't!!! You felt you didn't have to offer me any advice , explanation, or anything about your CPN number that I had VERIFIED. You have to understand that many of your clients will be new to this business and will have questions that need answers and require a response other than "Your going to be a headache " or " We don't care to do business with you" if they have legitimate concerns. You sent me a text at 3am after I wrote a Ripoff Report. And I am glad that you posted my picture , location , and real Full Name which shows consumers that I am a" REAL" person !!! Ill bet you won't post your picture ! I have nothing to hide sir and anyone that wants to call me at that number may do so , because I'd be happy to tell you all about my experience with Leo & VIP Tradelines. He promised to take very good care of his customers and to think I even considered flying to California to meet this guy and becoming an affiliate for his company. This was the most unexpected turn of events I've had in business in a LONG time and It was very disappointing - and that's putting it mildly! You all can google me and my name, and see that I'm a real person. And yet HE only goes by the name "Leo" no last name or pictures and if my memory serves me correctly he himself text me that HE didn't even have a business card .

LEO, if you are going to preport that you offered my money back or a New CPN number which you DID NOT, Send the proof!!! I have every email and text message since I began dealing with your company and I am still reporting your name to the BBB and FTC. It's not a crime not to have an active website at the moment. And it's not a crime to be dissatisfied with a service . It is a crime to take people's money and NOT provide the service that they paid for. You are just grabbing for straws by call me Angry & Unhappy because you know you handle this transaction all wrong. Why else would a business TEXT someone at 3am.??? YOU ARE SHAMELESS!! I Sent my e-biz card because I wanted you to know who I am and so that we could do business in GOOD FAITH!! I have nothing to hide and this is not over. You want me to take this review down then YOU should do the professional thing for a customer that did put money directly into your bank account (which all will be able to see ) which is APOLOGIZE for your lack of customer service and REFUND my money . I dare not take another number from you.

I'd NEVER do business with someone like you again. YOU ARE A BULLY!!! And Consumers will see through the smoke and mirrors and your lame excuse for a rebuttal . Anyone can call me at the phone number on my card or email me so I can provide you copies of all his correspondence with me. Im sorry for such a long response but This guys needs a lesson in manners , common courtesy, and true customer service.

 Sorry you are not happy with your cpn. Maybe you should do your homework before buying something that you don't know nothing about. The number comes with no score. It's explained on our website. I'm sorry I told you I didn't want to do business with you. I knew you were gonna be a headache from the start. I will give you back your 200$ if you feel you were rip off. But I think you are just butt hurt because we don't wanna do business with you and your fake company. You never asked for your money back. You just kept asking questions that didn't make any sense. We do so much business and you are the first to do this. So what does that tell you and all of the other happy customers that will continue to do business with us I Know you THREATEN to ruin us. But our customers know we are 100% legit and not a scam. So please take this down and don't be butt-hurt about your situation. You wanted to pay for tradelines and if I was a scam or fraud I would of took your money. I can upload your text showing you were waiting for a call and no1 called you back and you got upset. Just accept the facts and please don't make up any lies. Just be honest. Pleople that go out of there way to ruin businesses are just unhappy and miserable. You are not a true victim so please leave this website for the real victims.
