I was contacted by phone to hear a 90 minute presentation. It sounded interesting so my wife and I attended. WHAT A MISTAKE. It's a "slick" operation so don't be fooled. They really put the pressure on at the end so it was clear to me at that point something wasn't right. I declined to sign up on the spot (ONLY A TOTAL IDIOT WOULD DO THAT, but was told I'd receive certificates for 2 airline tickets and a week's rental car. The next day I filled out the forms and sent them along with 2 Cashier's Checks. Two weeks later I get them returned to me saying they are now VOID. Now my only hope is that our local bank will reimburse me for those returned Cashier's Checks. It just goes to show that when something looks too good to be true....IT ISN'T. I am just so glad that we DID NOT sign up the their one of their vacation packages. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I have reviewed your file

d**k,

I have looked at your files, and yes your certificates were sent back to you void per a breech of the terms and conditions. #1 clearly states you must mail it by certified mail, unfortunatly we must follow and prove that we followed ALL rules of the certificate.

I can however say we are not affiliated or associated with any other companies or operations, nor do we offer timeshare or travel club presentations, and one has nothing to do with the other. If you feel that company was a sham fine, but your certificates were returned to you from us because the rules of the certificate were not followed. Your only course of action would be to go back to whom ever you received the certificates from originally and request they give you new ones, which is at their discretion. And of course your bank will cash unused money orders against you account.

I appologize for the inconvenience, but YES all rules of the certificates MUST be followed for them to be fulfilled!

Thank you,

Kim at VIP
