Donna; Sorry you had a problem getting in touch with us....but I honestly have no idea where you got that 800 number listed in your complaint. If you could email me at the address I will provide and tell us the date, time and location you attended I will confirm through our sales department that you attended and we will mail you the complimentory gifts you say you were promised but did not recieve. What our sales people are supposed to explain is that due to heavy volume it will take our gift fulfillment staff 3-4 weeks to get your request via mail and send back the certificates for the free flights or gas or whichever promotion was employed in your case. VIP Travel strives to deliver what we promise but we are such a fast growing company that is is a bit hard to hire and train people fast enough to keep up with the demand. We see over 3000 people per week and you can imagine that the volume can be overwhelming and some things occassionaly fall through the cracks. I can assure you it is not intentional...people make mistakes Donna....that doesn't constitute a "rip-off". Again I have no idea where you got that 800 number....I don't think you would have seen that at any sales presentations or on the certificates you would have received at a sales presentations....are you sure you attended a sales presentation of ours? At any rate....contact me at [email protected] with the date, time and location you attended and which gift you selected and I can assure you it will go out in the next days mail. wrh
