Motorola Triumph is freezing and not responsive to keys. I'm on my 3rd phone and still same issues.
Tech support not supportive and clueless. Have asked for credit and an upgrade to another phone and have been denied. Tech support states the engineers will not allow an upgrade for a non working device or credit for months I went with lack of service.
Engineers are now making the decisions even though they are clueless,ignorant and have a degree in stupidity. They have opened a so called investigation,again, a week ago. Am still waiting for a reply. They are not customer friendly or quick to resolve any issues to keep they're customer base.
I also have had issues with their broadband service. 2gb expires within a week even though my use is just emails. I have a separate computer for other online activities. I noticed other customers are having the same issues. They are ripping off, deceiving hard working consumers and have no problem continuing this practice. Why should they care, they have your money, so good luck getting it back or receiving the support they claim they provide. I will post again if problem is resolved.
