Virginia Personnel Takes your money to find you jobs in the newspaper! Norfolk Virginia
I called Virginia Personnel, Inc. after finding their number in the newspaper. The ad mentioned a position starting at $12/hr. I then went to my appointment i had made with them and was told that i would have to pay a fee of $365 and sign a contract with them for their services. I was really desperate for employment so i figured that they would search for decent paying jobs for me. I payed a total of $130 and scheduled another appointment on October 15th, 2008 to pay the remaining balance. Turns out, the day before i was supposed to go pay the rest of the money i searched the web to look for their website (which they dont have one) and all that came up was that this company was a scam. So i went in there anyways with no intention of paying them the $235 that i woed them, and asked her what this was all about. SHe then said that this website was non-credible and continued to give me un proffesional advice on how to show up to interviews scheduled by them. She then made a comment about how i was dressed, saying that "I should got to interviews dressed like i was going to a nightclub" huh! Well i do not want to pay them anymore money because that means im taking food off the table for my 4 year old daughter and i over something that is a complete scam...i hope that these people will get shut down so that everyone that has a contract with them will be set free and hopefully maybe someone could look into a class action lawsuit against these crooks. Its not fair!

Trust me, I didn't loose anything. That was pocket change to me. I was just too lazy to look for a job myself. Stop whining you pathetic worthless lazy poor unsuccessful people. You're just jealous that you make a fraction of my weekly pay :} Have fun looking for employment, while I soak up the greatness!

To the above rebuttal: You are the idiot if you are not smart enough to go to Career Connection or the Virginia Pilot and land your own job without giving someone money to do it. While he and I got ripped off for SOME of our money, at least he used the rest to take care of his beautiful daughter and you are just out of 365 big ones because you were too dumb to find your own job. They are laughing at you when you leave, believe me. 10 on your Side has exposed them as a fraud and the only one who's clueless and stupid here is you. Chances are, you're in the scam with them which is why you are the ONLY one who have profited by going into the hole by 365. Don't quit your day job because they will see you coming with stupid written across it!

I've been to VA Personnel months ago. And was given a job through them. You obviously weren't listening when the counselor was explaining the process with you. As well I remember they let me read the contract TWICE before I signed it. It clearly states that they do not GUARANTEE you a job. No one can guarantee that. Seriously... You were too quick to judge. And that's probably why you can't find employment and aren't able to feed your daughter :)
