Visalia Skincare Free Trial Offer Ripoff Fountain Valley Internet/California
Do not do business with this company.
Do not fall for the free trial offer online.
On their website there is a disclaimer in very light print that
states if you do not cancel in 14 days you will be
charged $89.95 and $84.95 for the full size bottles
of the skin care items.
If you received a pop up ad for this free trial offer
on a tablet or a mobile phone you do not get this disclaimer.
The idiot at their customer service call center did not
know that a website and a mobile page are set up different.
She refused to reverse the charges and informed me
that they will fight any dispute that I file with
my bank PNC to get my money back.
PNC emailed me and said my card had been hacked
with fraudulent charges and cancelled my card.
I know thousands of people have been ripped off
by this company just like I was.
A class action lawsuit needs to be filed against this
company to stop this continued ripoff of consumers.
