I purchased the skin care and eye serum. I was under the impression I was paying a small fee for the skin care and $34.95 for the eye serum. I received 2 very small bottles. I received my credit card bill today and noticed I was charged another $84.95 and $89.95 by two different companies a month later. I called Visalia and the lady I spoke to said I should of called within 14 days to cancel. I told her I was unaware of that. She informed me that I was. She tried to offer me discounts on the product, but would not refund me. I don't understand how they can charge me additional fees for no product. At that point I just wanted out. She said she would close out my account and send me a confirmation email. I'm on the computer at the time, and told her I have not received this confirmation cancellation. She said she would wait on the phone until I received it. We waited about 2 minutes, still no confirmation. Then she says it might take up to 24 hours for me to receive the confirmation. She then tells me the confirmation number over the phone. I'm not liking this one bit. There is definitely something wrong here. I called my credit card company and they are going to look into it. A reputable company would not do this to their customers.
