I purchased V2Premier for $2500+,used it for two days and began to experience problems with the unit. As a "Communication Systems Specialish with 30+ years in Communications, I am more aware of electronics than most comsumers. Since the problems were never the same, it made pinpointing the cause difficult.

After waiting 50 minutes for a live body I was told to call tech support. It was eventually dianosed as a faulty harddrive. A week later the harddrive was installed only for the installer to tell me I still had problems, however, he, like me, had to call the same numbers I did to get help and decided after 30 minutes his time was more valuable. I purchased the unit in March and still haven't a unit that was promised. Some of the software takes more trouble to reinstall than it is worth. This is my fourth pc purchase and by far the most discouraging.
