Somehow your fuzzy math doesnt address the amounts listed by the OP. If youre REALLY attempting damage control, at least correctly address the amounts. Somehow YOUR account (if we are to believe it) comes up $1100.00 short of what the OP claims was paid.
.
Your tired clich of (you) Can't please everyone!" is one of the most misused statements by those who most probably rarely please ANYONE. Golly! The actions of other contractor and the homeowner, if we are also to believe your version, are solely responsible for all the problems.

Some of what is in this report from Jeff K who resides at (((Redacted))) in Denton, TX is true. Although it is very unfortunate that Mr. Keys had such a terrible experience I can assure him that the feeling is mutual. We were hired by Mr. Keys to construct a patio and a fence just as he has stated in his report, but Mr. Keys is forgetting some very important parts to this story. From the beginning there was problems with scheduling the job due to the fact that Mr. Keys was also having a pool installed and this prevented us from having a set schedule to complete his projects. We were at the mercy of his pool contractor on when we could get started on our projects, because as Mr. Keys mentioned they were pouring the patio slab. We did not in any way avoid or attempt to avoid Mr. Keys and we apologize that he feels this way. We are a fairly busy company and it does some times take a few hours for us to get back with a customer. This leads into the next issue we did set post and they were a little bit off. Mr. Keys was informed that someone would come out and move them but before we could return the next day Mr. Keys had already removed them. We tried to assist him in every way possible. We just could not drop every thing the company was doing to jump when he wanted us to jump. We would have gladly corrected any problems that he had with his project. To address the claim that we took his money, that is simply not true. After Mr. Keys terminated us from his projects. We delivered his patio material that cost in the range of $1200.00 dollars not $150.00 dollars. As for the remaining money we spent money on pulling permits for Mr. Keys projects which ranged in the $200.00 range and lets not forget we did preform work on the projects, this also cost in labor. We in no way ripped Mr. Keys out of money and his claims are ridiculous and just plain untrue. As for the personal attacks on myself Casey Brinkman, Mr. Keys needs to get his facts strait. It takes a big person to state lies on a website and he should be aware of slandering laws and the law suits that can be brought against him. Vision Management has many satisfied customers and we will gladly provide references to any customer that would like another opinion about our company. Thank you for reading both sides of the story.
