VISION ONE HOME IMPROVEMENTS - VISION HOME IMPROVEMENTS -John Rodney ripoff, dishonest, left unfinished work, promised to pay back money, only sent one payment, was yelled at by his attorney for asking for my money that his client took and promised to repay Akron, Ohio
I hired John Rodney and his company Vision Home Improvement, to remodel my kitchen, install new windows, flooring, doors, and vinyl siding. He was paid in full for the services in the amount of 19,050.00.
The company came out and applied the vinyl siding which is now falling off, they left cracks in the joints where the siding meets the house did not reconnect the wiring to the house and did not replace the downspouts.
I reported him to the Ohio Attorney General, who was in the process of taking him and his companies to court. When, I recieved a letter from his attorney that he would like to either finish what he started or refund some not all of my money. I requested that my money be returned, which was agreed.
I have only recieved one payment in the amount of 1,000.00 in December. It is now March and I have not recieved another penny from this man.
To add insult to injury, when I contacted his Attorney, to see where my money was, I was told by his attorney, that Mr. Rodney was in a bad way, he was having problems with his businesses, his home was in foreclosure to give him some more time, and that HE WAS AN ATTORNEY NOT A BABYSITTER.
Well excuse me for wanting what was taken from me. I am working two jobs to pay for work not done to my home and had to pay another company to come out and fix what he ducked up.
