I was a 50% 50 % partner with greene. Founder of Ground and Pound Gaming. He  did the same thing to me that he has done to so many others I built the name of ground and pound and was the face of the company the name even comes from me being infantry in the army! Grunt AKA ground and pound!!!!  If you take any adivce from this it is to stay as far away from this guy if possible he is the scum your parents warned you about when you where  younger .  If you have the pleasure of dealing with him be warned if there is any  way he will can screw youhe will .The guy is 100% conartiest and cares nothing for the law ! He will take advantage of any and every one he can.  I had a contract in place to stop anything like this from going down and im currently seaking legal aid will post more after I pursure him.

This guy continues to rip people off, he uses paypal becauser paypal will not reverse charges due to webdesign is considered a intangaible item.

Stay far away from this guy and word of advise if you are paying someone to do webdesign or build your software DO NOT USE paypal, use a major credit card and also get a contract and do not pay upfront.

IF ANYONE ELSE Has been ripped off by Robert Greene or his company contact me so we can include your claim in our lawsuit and in the crimminal prosecution of this man.

Robert Green and his so called company he runs VPEWEB VISION PLUS EDITIONS are total crooks - The company is run out of his garage. He ripped me off almost a year ago, still no refund still have not received ANYTHING for the thousands of dollars i spent with his company. Almost 2 months ago i spoke with Robert Greene he blamed this mishap on his business partner Chris Tyler and assured me in 30 days he would provide me with what i paid for and again just another lie from him. I cant even believe i fell for his lies a 2nd time, i even gave him some advice on how to make some more money as a friendly gesture and he used my ideas and still didn't provide me what i paid for - I was scammed a 2nd time this guy has no heart. STAY FAR AWAY DO NOT HIRE HIM - I can provide names of numerous people who have had fraud committed to them by this man. I have been doing online business for many many years and have never run into such a crook, i am filing in small claims court i will keep the readers of rip off report advised as to the outcome.

I wanted to comment on designquote.com being they continue to allow company's like Vision Plus Editions to actively rip people off on their website. After i found out fraud was committed against me i contacted www.designquote.com via email to notify them of this and they ignored all my emails so then i called them numerous times leaving message after message and told them what happen and that they should remove this person from giving quotes on their site so they would not rip anyone else off and they apparently just don't care. I would say to anyone who is reading this to stay far away from designquote.com for they have allowed this company to rip off another person and still i see this company bidding on projects with designquote.com I would advise Kirk to report this to designquote.com and they if they do nothing report designquote.com the the BBB and i will also do the same if they dont respond to you either. If we all just let stuff like this go inocent people will continue to get ripped off by people like Vision Plus Editions and websites like designquote.com

Its been almost a year now since I paid this company upfront over $2300.00 and I still have nothing , about 2 month ago i did talk to the Owner Robert Greene and he stated he would make good on the project and stated his old business partner Chris was gone and he was to blame for what happen to me however as of today he still has not given me anything. I told the owner Robert Greene if he would simply give me what i paid for or refund money i would report here that he had done so , i had even offered to settle for less to avoid having to take time out of my day to proceed with this in court but its clear now he has no plans on offering any settlement. This whole thing was outright fraud i got nothing at all for my money spent and if that's not bad enough he stole all my ideas and opened up his own website with all my ideas and im honestly not sure what part was worse him stealing all my hard work or him stealing my money. BEWARE OF THESE TYPES OF SCAMS - even when paying with paypal you have no protection because paypal considers this to be a virtual item and will not protect the consumers. I have called the Texas police department and they will do nothing,These so called web designers have a free ticket to steel your money, the only recourse is small claims court. Monday i will file with the California Small Claims Court - if anyone else has been ripped off by this company please contact me or post a reply on this website and maybe we can save someone else from being ripped off by this so called company.

To which I received replies along the lines of "I am the only coder here at present and I am experiencing health issues". The 90 period was up over 6 weeks ago and he is no longer repling to emails. I have forwarded the email content, invoices and all other information from my searching (e.g. whois) to a collection house and also an attorney. It gets to the point where people like this need to be made public.

We have addressed the concerns with Bob. A lot of what he said was completely false! He would take this complaint down if he could.(He stated to me) We have resolved our issues with Bob. Kirk Robinson(Bonkers), had purchased a standard packaged site(569) without Design site and it was in 6 Languages. Delivered within 1 week! He had issues with it months later because the company he worked for didn't want it in the format it was. Questions not in Random Order(stuff like that) We shot over a proposal for the changes. He didn't want to pay more. Needless to say he wrote us emails with threats and we agreed to try to put a refund in within 90 Days. He continues to file reports with everyone and if he continues this harassment we may not be so inclined to help him with his OWN troubles.

I also employed Robert Greene / VPEWEB / Vision Plus Editions last year and paid US$588 to create a Quiz Web Site for one of my clients. He tended an offer through www.designquote.net and because after a few phone calls he appeared genuine, I accepted his offer I received a "out of the box" quiz program that wasn't to my specifications and once I started to try to get these sorted it was very obvious that he wasn't willing/capable of resolving the issues. I lodged a BBB on the 22nd January 2009 and advised him that I had done so. On the 10th February he sent and email stating: --------------------------------- Hi Kirk, I was able to speak with all of the various partners in the company and have decided to give you a full refund. The only condition is that the BBB report be pulled down immediately(you can always reopen it). We will refund your paypal account within 90 days. I hope all ends well. --Robert ---------------------------------- We are one week from the deadline and I haven't heard from him for over 60 days. I'm obviously not hopeful. Being from New Zealand and not understanding debt collection or other avenues of recourse - what is my next step? Regards Kirk

I will list Domain Names below and dates i purchased these domains, this can be verified by whois.net As stated in my first posting VPEWEB - Vision Plus Editions Robert Greene was hired by me to build and create a new business concept i had along with software and other items. I emailed over to them all my domain names so they could be added to my new website once it was completed, as stated in prior report they ripped me off took all my cash and left me with nothing, they even stole the .net of my .com domain and are now doing business with my products. You will see from dates VPEWEB REGISTERED these domains that they never had any intentions of honoring the project i had paid them to do, they were in 100% rip off mode I am posting here in hopes i can save someone else from being ripped off by this company or i should say " person " due to the fact its one guy working out of his garage. Again anyone who wishes to see proof of all the emails sent back and forth during the design process and the emails sent to VPEWEB on what my domain would be just feel free to ask i have them all, if you have been ripped off by them please contact me and maybe we can include you in on our lawsuit. I have read your complaint, if you have documentation that states you purchased the domain before this company purchased their domain and if you have the emails to and from this company through out the design process then you have a case that falls under Anti-Cybersquatting Piracy Act (ACPA) Lanham Act S. 43(d)15 U.S.C. S.1125(d) In addition to traditional trademark remedies, plaintiffs may elect statutory damages ranging from $1,000 to $100,000 per domain name. The bill also establishes in rem jurisdiction which allows the trademark owner to file an action against the domain name itself. You see a person cannot just go out and purchase ebay.net and start up the same type of service as ebay does or they may be sued under this same Piracy Act, even if the domain name was abit different such as myebay.com this would still fall under same Piracy Act. The mere fact this person took your same domain name and this person was actually under your employ would not set to well with a judge. My suggestion is to sue them under this act you will win provided to can prove the following - You must prove some form of payment to them - You must prove your domains were registered first, you can get this verified through any domain registry. Your emails will be helpful but not required to win a case like this. Were any other domains involved? you will need to get together a complete list of all domains and list them in this suit. One important thing to remember BEFORE you file a lawsuit , in most cases like these people jump to conclusions their emotions get involved and they get mad & angry and communication is lost on both sides so with that said i feel you should give them the opportunity to respond back to you, send them a letter request of them a peaceful resolution, in this case a refund is for sure in order and a respectable company would grant this to you, i would also request of them to Cease & Desist use of your domain name let them know your not asking for it back you just want them to not compete against your company selling similar goods and services. Either way this goes i would report back here, if the company does the right thing you need to let people know this for this report would not be a fair one however should they still proceed to ignore your request then post back here what was said if any and then i will provide some good attorneys who specialize in these matters or if you don't have the funds i can also post some great links to help you file all needed documents for free. Though having a attorney will greatly help and take the stress and time off of your shoulders i have to be upfront and say with this case you should win either way. BEST of luck !
