I deposited money to pay my bills, they cancelled my card without notice and refuse to give me my money back. 

I followed all their insstructions and they still refuse to give me my money back, cost me late fees on my bills and lie when I call them. 

I was asked to fax my information to confirm I am me, after being a loyal customer for over 10 years, I have a copy of the confirmation they received my documents, they claim they did not. 

Then they said I can close my account and they will send me a check, I requested for the account to be closed and asked for a check, it has been 3  months and they refuse to send me my money, they give me the run around. 

I requesed to speak to a supervisor and told them to close my account, Again, they still have not complied. 

I just received a balance alert this morning and my account is still open and I have no card to get my money out and they refuse to cooperate. They are a bunch of theieves. Please. Be aware of their theiving practices.
