Vision works of Central Fl LLC AKA Vworkz is the worst marketing company around. Terrible to their promotional employee, unprofessional, low paying, cheap, scoundrels!! Lakeland Florida
Vison works of Central Florida, is THE worst company I have ever come across. Being in the marketing industry for the last ten years, I now know what to expect when dealing with expereinced and professional Companies. This company is the complete opposite. They treat their staff very badly, and have no second thought about it. If you are in the promotional marketing industry and get a tour offer from this company, BEWARE!! Tom the owner is a self righteous, sexist pig. He is cowardly and has no communication skills (which you would think the opposite for a marketing company owner!) Just a few of the things I expereicned with this company:
-under paid
-no disclosure or communication
-inexperienced "management"
-witnessing the owner cuss out one of his staff in public
-complete disrespect to employees
-no appreciation
-no advancement unless you suck up to the program manager Meredith, and lie about other tour members to make yourself look better
-No travel pay when not told we would be driving 2 hours a day in our own vehicle
-Per diem taken away if it wasnt used the way they wanted it to be
-Being treated like a worker, instead of an asset to the program
-Getting a tracker installed in our vehicle so Tom could know where we were at all times
-Turning team members on each other
-Having to work "underneath" a complete back stabber, and in-experienced tour member who would do anything to advance in the industry which includes leading on people who might give her a good word to get on the next tour
(not sure why anyone would even want to work with this company again after being treated the way we were!..But then again, she doesnt have any experience so she doesnt know better!)
These are just a few expamples of what we had to go through, please dont work for this company!! It always seems good until your on tour with them, trust me you will thank me later!! Lets spread the word and put Vision Works out of business for good!
