Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

A complaint has been filed with BMWNA. Please note this is an incident that occurred this month, recent. Roberto Vasquez and the sales team likes to play games. CLAIMS they DO NOT provide a written offer, but another source proves otherwise. When a lease AND finance options were requested in writing, provided ONLY a lease option and then MAKES UP numbers for finance. NOTHING COMPUTES. Gives a BOGUS money factor for lease and same bogus for finance. Admits he was "guessing" when confronted with the fact that the numbers did not add up. He mentions numbers based on credit BUT DOES NOT stare WHAT numbers were used to get the lease deal offer he printed out, and the finance deal offer he just made up. ROBERTO VASQUEZ states that the money factor and finance rates were a "secret." Says to figure it out for ourselves. REFUSES to give printed copies. REFUSES to give actual finance figures. DON'T do business with this dealership. They will waste your time and give you BOGUS numbers. Let us PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!!! There are too many good, reputable dealerships. Let them take over BMW in Coconut Creek area! Start the movement and voice your disconnent. THE TIME TO STOP WRITING AND DO SOMETHING IS NOW! We will continue to look at this shop VERY CLOSELY. This includes ALL the salespersons and Managers our team has encountered so far. We have names. Contact us for more information.

Apparently you have nothing else to do but talk bad about people you don't even know, I apologize if I offended you talking about your age, you might not be on your early 60's but you might look like it based on his description, it wasn't a lie just his point of view. By the way, nobody knows it all, not even you, that will make you an ignorant in many different subjects, FYI. the person before me, ROBERT, told you already, all you have to do is stop buying cars at that dealership, it's that simple, not everybody shares your hate for people, so stop complaining about it. You have your opinion we have ours, I cannot talk about  on behalf other sales people at that dealership, but I can talk about ROBERTO VASQUEZ, hands down he is the best! my family and I are very happy with the service you provide us and that's why I am taking the time to repost this old people nonsense....Old lady this is for you.(((REDACTED))) AND YOUR LOSER TEAM! Lol

Hmmmm, let us get this straight. You wrote that Robeto doesn't know, but he obviously does. NO, it was NOT a woman in her 60's either. Roberto LIED TO YOU ABOUT THAT.

You obviously do not know about a written offer. Let us educate you. Financing uses rates. Leasing uses money factor. While it is true that rates and money factors are based on credit, dealers can STILL PROVIDE A WRITTEN OFFER without running your credit. Dealerships do so ALL THE TIME!

Some dealerships, like Vista in Coconut Creek like to play games. They say you cannot take the written offer with you, OR they don't want to give you a written offer without first making you go through hoops, like filling out a credit APP. These are VERY BAD DEALERSHIPS! They need to be put out of business.

We have received SEVERAL complaints about this dealership, therefore, we investigated. We have emails and at least three of our investors went under cover and reported back, confirming the original complaints filed to our office. You think it is just one complaint filed against Roberto??? Think again.

Hi, my family bought four cars from Roberto, and he is great, whatever happenes to our cars, we call him, service, scratches, dents, etc. I text Roberto letting him know someone is posting this things about him, and it took him a few hours to figured it out, but he remembers you, he said: ohh an odd lady on her early 60's came once and didn't want to test drive a car or fill out an app, just wanted numbers so she can give them to her accountant to get money from her "trust fund", when finally was given numbers she said the numbers didn't make sense, and Roberto told her that it's the best he could do without an app or a car picked out. No, money factors are not a secret, but that'a not his job and that is based on credit, he never said they were a secret. Lol

PLS DON'T REBUT WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW OR UNDERSTAND

Well, we stand corrected. You are rebutting what you OBVIOUSLY do not know or understand, which in essence, makes you ignorant; AND YES, it is YOUR OPINION you were NOT there. Therefore, you can conjecture all you like, it just makes you sound poorly educated to continue to rant about something that is not remotely in your scope of understanding. Please go bother someone else, OR add to the REAL DEBATE on how to find a VIABLE solutions to what obviously is an issue at some dealerships. YES, there are reputable dealers out there, BUT do we have to put up with dealers who OBVIOUSLY, by their defined actions, who are NOT?

I was just doing exactly what you stated in your original report.

Contact us for more information.

Those are YOUR words.  And what do you do when you are asked for more information in a public forum...you accuse the person of working for the company.  Perhaps your information is "top secet" and I just don't know the secret handshake to get you to provide it in public.

Well hate to burst your bubble, but no I do not work for this company or actually any car dealership.  You talk about being ignorant.  Well if you actually looked around this site you would realize that is Standard Operating Proccedure when someone doesn't get the response they want, and the only one who looks ignorant is you.

Thank you for taking the time, anyways, to voice your opinion.

- Opinion?  Actually there were a couple of questions in there that you FAILED to answer.

Dear "Robert,"

If you do NOT know how to formulate a PROPER rebuttable, you should Google on how to do so correctly. Otherwise, your poor attempts come across as being ignorant.

Thank you for taking the time, anyways, to voice your opinion.

Umm...what is the rest of the story here.

Because so far all we have is "Dealer won't provide an offer in writing".   Hardly some Earth Shattering RipOff, so why is this so disturbing to you?

Oh and here is a hint, you want to put them out of business.  Then don't by a car there.
