Vista Print is located in Lexington, MA & Passport to Fun is located in Des Plaines, IL. I ordered VISTAPRINT calling cards in November 07 and starting in December 07 Passport to Fun began charging my credit card (visa) $ 14.95 monthly until I discovered it yesterday and called Vistaprint who has promised to get Passport to Fun refund my monies. Obviously, these two companies are linked to rip off unwitting customers, especially those who do not carefully check their credit card statements promptly after they receive them.

This is what I have done: called Vistaprint who promised to get Passport to Fun to refund my monies as soon as possible! Called Passport to Fun who said that my account has already been cancelled by Vistaprint (which means that they are linked to each other or may be the same entity operating under different names) and that my monies will be refunded.

Since hundreds of others seem to have been ripped off by the links between VISTAPRINT and their other companies linked to them and to whom VISTAPRINT supplies credit card information of users of VISTAPRINT services, I have filed a formal complaint with the Attorney General of Massachusetts against VISTAPRINT and another complaint against Passport to FUN with the Attorney General of Illiniois since the latter is located in ILLINOIS.

Forms for filing complaints with the attorneys general of both states are downloadable thro the internet. I suggest that all who are scammed this way submit their complaints to the AGs even though the companies end up reimbursing the victims. They do that so that they can continue to bilk those who do not look at their credit card statements.

I am also thinking of filing a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission in DC. Unless those of us who are unwitting victims of such companies spend some time and complain formally to state and federal agencies companies like Vistaprint, Passport to Fun and many others linked to Vistaprint will continue to rip off consumers.

I have also sent in copies of my correspondence to my credit card company to ensure that they collect the monies owed to me by VISTAPRINT & PASSPORT TO FUN.
