Here is a copy of the letter I am sending to the corporate office:

To whom it may concern:

I am very unhappy with my recent experience with Vistaprint. I tried to resolve this with customer service, and even though everyone has been very nice and courteous, we could not agree on a solution.

It appears that I placed my recent order 18347-32311-6F9 under an expired email. Being that I work in the same environment as your business, I understand promotions and the fact that they do indeed expire. However, the issue I have with this is as follows:

I went in and recreated the same situation as the day I placed this order. From the copies attached you can see that today is 08-11-05, and these prices are still being offered. I went as far as submitting the order in error, order 57716-53316-1J1, trying to recreate the scenario, to see how I could have missed you overcharging me by so much. Well, the answer is you can go all the way through the checkout and it is not until after you charge my credit card! Of course, I called immediately, and cancelled this order.

Now, correct me if I am wrong, however, expired or not, the website needs to indicate the prices are no longer effective, before you charge my credit card. This is nothing short of fraud. I have called Visa and started a claim against your company and will not stop until everyone is aware of your fraudulent business practices.

You can not charge a credit card, more then what your summary screens show. If the prices are no longer effective, you need to have a message or something to alert the consumer prior to the actual charge being submitted for payment.

My only regret is that we were not able to come to a mutual solution. I insisted on a refund of the difference and nothing less. I am an informed consumer, and know that this is fraud. Your customer service department did not agree, and offered store credit with restrictions. That of course was unacceptable.
