I ordered business cards for my whole staff, paid by credit card and paid extra for seven day shipping. I placed the order on November the fourth. They charged the credit card that week, over two months later I have still not received my order.

I had to reply to all these people who "dont know what the charge is about". NO all of you wanted to get $10.00 discount for nothing. You were going to get discount if you sign up of membership. It is very clear written that you will be charged 9.95 a month if you sign up. It is very clear written that you can cancel your membership or will be billed monthly. All of you have failed to cancel your memberships and now it is ...oh what is this.....I have never accepted offers....I dont know what it is.... Get a grip. You have clicked yes button in order to get the discount. Before you clicked yes you should have read the whole page. And it wasnt fine printed.Stop victimising yourself and stop being incompetent. I have ordered 500 business cards, card holder and paid extra for 3 day shipping. Everything was fine, on time, and I love cards. But I didnt receive card holder. I have sent them 2 emails asking about it but no response. In my last email i let them know that the whole amount will be disputed with my bank if no one gets in touch with me regarding my card holder. So it is up to them now. To vistaprint and all other companies....if you behave like a crap, you will be treated like one.

Possible Reason for Failed Delivery

#3UPDATE EX-employee responds

Wed, July 30, 2003

I am an ex-employee of Vistaprint, recently terminated in a 'cost-cutting' move and thus have no special warm feelings for the company. However, I do know for certain that 100% of orders which are placed and paid for with the company are shipped -- however due to the fact that the company never verifies shipping addresses, a large number (several hundred per week) of orders never reach their destination because of invalid shipping addresses. One scenario is a customer who specifies express shipment but uses a Post Office Box for his shipping address. You know what? FedEx and UPS don't deliver to those addresses. Another equally common scenario is an invalid zip code, a missing street or apartment number, or other typographic error. Your best bet is to immediately contact customer care at Vistaprint and explain the situation. They will VERIFY your address and place a free re-order for you.
