VIT SEE CLEARLY METHOD ripoff deceptive fraudulent dishonest billing scam Fairfield Iowa
I placed a phone order on 6/2/2005, for the "See Clearly Method," at what was explained as a one-time charge of $9.95, S&H. By 7/15/2005, I had been billed the $9.95, had not received the product, and noticed an additional charge of $69.80 on my upcoming billing statement. I called the company to correct this error, and was informed that they were planning to continue billing my credit card, a monthly charge of $69.80. I protested this action, and requested an immediate cancellation and credit. They told me that I had to submit a "claim form", which would be mailed to me, ASAP. After 2 weeks passed, without the receipt of their "claim form," I called again, (i.e. 8/1/2005), and was told that I now need to fax my complaint to 641-469-5561. I believe that this business is using very unethical and deceptive practices; and is giving me the run-around. Well, enough is enough. PLEASE BE WARE!!!
