I went to this website, http://www.freevitalrezv-100mg.com, in search of a product that promises to be full of the antioxidants found in red wine. This product has been praised on 60 Minutes and Oprah.

I placed an order for a free sample. I was advised I only need to provide my credit card to cover the shipping fee of $5.95, and I can cancel my free trial order within 30 days - ship back the container and never be billed again.

I received my free trial almost two- weeks after my on-line order. I tried numerous times to contact the company to cancel, however, the email address provided with my free trial order was a bogus address. I tried the telephone number provided and a recording would advise the customer to leave their Order ID number and they would call back within 24 hours. However, that never happened.

Looking at the very small print of my trial order I found an email address of Kate Hall ([email protected]) and a telephone number 1-519-513-2218. After a dozen calls to this number I finally spoke to her. When we spoke, she advised she was only the "middle man" and would do her best to rectify the problem. I really believed her, however, each time she would forward a copy of her email to the customer service I was billed for the product. The first time I was billed 79.95US and one week later I was billed 85.90US.

Between the written emails, filed customer complaints on their website, and never receiving a real address from the company to return the product, I called my credit card company and filed a dispute in charges.

These is a well organized scam.....They are scary!! Do not order RezV from the Internet.

If there was some confusion about your subscription, we honestly didn't mean to inconvenience you in any way.  Our goal is not to inconvenience our customers .The terms and conditions of our offer are very visible on the order page, they are stated on the order page where you confirm your order, located directly to the top of where your credit card information was entered. There is also a link at the top of the home page that opens up the terms and conditions in a separate window. Customer service is our number one priority and we do everything we can to be open with all of our customers. Of course, mistakes can be made; and if you were not aware of our terms and conditions in our site.

You can talk to customer support seven days a week.
