Vital Care Technolgies does not have or nor can furnish a signed agreement that Sirqa Merchants Services Inc. signed, this is because neither party came to an agreement on any terms, therefore the agreement was never signed or put in effect.

Depsite this fact, Vital Tech Inc. decided to send business merchant accounts to Sirqa for account executives to set up to accept credit cards, knowing that the agreement was never signed.

The accounts that they sent to Sirqa were all terminated in the first few months of processing due to chargebacks, bad credit, high risk merchants and other factors not in accordance with Visa and Mastercard policy amoung falsification of merchant information. At this point Sirqa severed all and any relationship with Vital Tech. Sirqa was charged 1,598.55 in chargeback fees for the small amount of accounts that Vital sent to be processed. In addition, Sirqa does not have any signed agreement with M. Macarthy or any person from this organization. This was a short lived relationship.

Sirqa emailed Jim McDougal, the Sales Executive with VItal to inform him of the fees owed to Sirqa and he never responded.

Sirqa is a respectable company and a fair company.

Sirqa works well with companies that are ethical and individuals who do not speak falsely of it's operations.

SIRQA CONTRACT TERMINATED FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE and DETAILED REPORTS, TIMELY SERVICE, PROPER DOCUMENTATION, and COMMISSION PAYMENT

Vital Care Technolgies did enter into an agreement with Sirqa Merchants Services Inc. with Mr. Mike Briscoe, President, on November 6, 2006. At the time, Vital Care Technolgies had negotiated with or was in negotiations with several clients on behalf of Sirqa Merchants Services, Inc. for Credit Card Processing thru CHASE Bank. The main one being ProWealth Solutions, an MLM company providing customer support services for individuals and small businesses through its President, Mr. B. Glinsky. Mr. McDougald introduced Mr. B. Glinsky to Sirqa in an effort to add value to ProWealth Solutions, based on "Good Faith" that Sirqa would honor an agreement between Sirqa and Vital Care for payment of commissions from all of ProWealth Solutions 50,000 plus customer base, at that time. After Sirqa failed to provide weekly reporting, timely customer service and sales support, and made promises of having a fully functional and detailed Database Management system for Vital Care to access via the internet, Vital Care terminated its relationship with Sirqa Merchants Services Inc. for breach of contract. At this point, Sirqa Merchants Services Inc. continued doing business directly with ProWealth Solutions and Mr. B. Glinsky, President for an undertimined period of time. It is outside of Vital Care's knowledge how the ProWealth Solutions' clients were serviced, as well as the quality of clients that came through the ProWealth Solutions marketing efforts, since Vital Care was no longer involved with tracking or pre-qualifying any leads coming from ProWealth Solutions. According to Sirqa Merchants Services Inc., the accounts sent to Sirqa were all terminated in the first few months of processing due to chargebacks, bad credit, high risk merchants and other factors not in accordance with Visa and Mastercard policy amoung falsification of merchant information. Vital Care was not responsible for submission of any applications, direct customer servicing or any direct contact with potential customers during the term of its relationship with Sirqa. If any fraud or falsification of any documents was performed, it would have been done on the part of those who were directly involved with processing applications. Vital Care acted as an independent marketing rep for Sirqa only and was not involved as a processor, in accordance with its contract with Sirqa Merchants Services Inc, dated November 2006. Sirqa never emailed Jim McDougal, the Sales Executive, informing him of any fees owed to Sirqa, nor did Vital Care receive any compensation during the term of its contract with Sirqa for any clients, customers, businesses or any other parties who were setup on any VISA or MASTERCARD merchant services by Sirqa and its sales reps. Vital Care was contacted in early January, 2007 by Mr. B. Glinsky of ProWealth Solutions who indicated that ProWealth Solutions had received compensation from Sirqa Merchants Services, Inc. for all ProWealth Solutions' customer accounts that were setup from November 2006 thru January 2007. If any charge backs were owed, it would have been the responsibility of ProWealth Solutions who received compensation from Sirqa Merchant Solutions, Inc. and not Vital Care, since Vital Care never received any commissions, at any time, from any of the customers it referred to Sirqa, during the very short term of its contract with Sirqa Merchants Solutions, Inc. Sirqa works well with companies that are ethical and individuals who do not speak falsely of it's operations, so long as the individuals keep quiet about unethical business practices on the part of Sirqa. Thanks to Ripoff Report, individuals and companies who are dealt unfairly have a means of reporting the facts. Jimmy Formerly Executive Sales Vital Care Technologies USA
