I love the rebuttal by the "8-year" employee of VS. Seriously, you've gotta be kidding me. I think the "allowed to work remotely" sentiment that the author expressed says it all: VitalSpring thinks that employees are children who misbehave and deserve to be treated with contempt. There's no such thing as trust, and the senior management lack any sort of work ethic themselves, so they of course blame the employees for their own failures.

As an employee of VitalSpring for the past 8 years, I have seen certain employees come and go who seem to have a sense of enetiltlement for what they are owed. There is one thing consistent among this small group. They never generated a penny in revenue for the company- sat in their remote offices at home doing nothing and claimed expenses that robbed the company.Robin Reeves is no exepction- she did nothing and robbed the company from her home office in Phoenix and claimed to be working. Theses are the same losers who move from job to job as glorified consultants- they might as well be robbing banks>
