Vivint Sales rep advised I could cancel anytime. He put me in a 4 yr contract instead Provo, Utah
I cannot believe how shameless this company is. They will lie to you. They will advise that you can cancel the service at anytime. You just have to return the equipment. The truth is they will put you in a 5 year contract and will not let you out of it. There alarm equipment does not function properly. I have never been able to get it to work properly. I cannot believe I allowed myself to get suckered in like this.
